Se le ha caído una estrella. En general bien, lo peor la cama con diferencia,dura como una tabla,reclamé varias veces y sólo conseguí un topper, que fue insuficiente. Mucho más cómodo el sofá cama.... en un 5* y no se puede dormir en esa cama. Lo mejor la comida, sólo que el el tema covid no se respeta mucho, todos al montón cogiendo cada uno lo que le apetecía, en vez de usar raciones individuales como en el bar de la piscina.Las instalaciones bien, es un complejo muy grande y con demasiada gente. Se ve falta de mantenimiento en algunos detalles como el vitraico de las piscinas, minigolf, las hamacas asquerosas algunas...Las piscinas con demasiada sal y solo una climatizada, a parte de la del tobogán.

Im Oktober waren wir für 3 Wochen zum 10 mal im Hotel und haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Selbst als es ein paar kleine Probleme gab wurden diese perfekt von Elisabeth und Alberto gelöst, bei denen ich mich hier noch mal ganz besonders bedanken möchte.Vielen Dank und wir werden mit Sicherheit das Hotel wieder besuchen

Estuvimos hace años, cuando "solo" era de categoría 4* superior y hemos vuelto hace poco.Los recuerdos que teníamos eran muy buenos y el reencuentro también lo ha sido. Tanto la habitación, como instalaciones o restaurantes no han tenido reproche alguno y sí que es cierto que hemos tenido algún que otro problemilla a la hora de haber hecho la reserva -hasta en 3 ocasiones tuvimos que desistir, por no asegurarnos una junior suitte pero bueno-. Además, con las esperas en recepción también hemos llegado a desesperar por momentos.Por lo demás, todo genial; recomendable 100%.

Pésimo servicio de recepción a la llegada y a la salida. Colas interminables. Personal desangra. No organizan el servicio de llegada o recogida del aeropuerto. Casi perdemos el avión por la pula que se organiza para coger un taxi a la puerta, del hotel. Reservamos un taxi a las 10,30 con 3horas de antelación y aún así no hubo manera de conseguirlo. La gente se pelea por los taxis en la puerta del hotel. Lo peor del hotel la recepción. Maleducados y desorganizados

Unless you can afford to pay for Privilege, an additional daily cost on top of your 5 star hotel stay, do not stay here. Staff will act like you are second class citizens who will ignore you and walk away mid conversation. You will not be helped. Also the food is made for quantity over quality. I wish we had not wasted our money booking half board as they have never heard of seasoning and we chose to rather pay the locals and eat out as opposed to eating their cardboard.

A localização era ótima e as instalações eram boas, mas foi aí que os pontos positivos acabaram para a minha família. A comida foi uma das piores que eu já tive (degustação fria e / ou apenas pobre). Reclamei sobre a comida em uma ocasião, mas a garçonete não parecia se importar. Também parecia que tínhamos que perguntar à recepção 2 a 3 vezes antes de qualquer coisa ser feita (o que não é o que você espera de um resort "5 estrelas"). Por exemplo, nossos lençóis foram substituídos um dia por lençóis manchados (pareciam um bronzeado falso e uma espécie de mancha esverdeada). Tive que ligar para a recepção duas vezes (aguardando cerca de 2 horas entre cada ligação) e na segunda ligação, a resposta da recepção foi: "então você só quer folhas novas?" em um tom sarcástico. Para mim, o que você vê no site não é o que você recebe. Em minha opinião, este lugar faz o mínimo e foi uma estadia desagradável para minha família.Não estou surpreso com as avaliações de 5 estrelas, já que minha cunhada recebeu (e aceitou) uma garrafa de cava de um membro da equipe por mostrar que ela havia deixado uma avaliação de 5 estrelas.

Tive umas férias fabulosas. Pessoal muito acolhedor, simpático e prestativo. Quartos espaçosos, muito limpos e bem abastecidos com artigos de toalete de qualidade. Boa variedade de entretenimento noturno - Discoteca ao ar livre - super, DJ tocando pedidos. Grande escolha de alimentos para o café-da-manhã- omeletes preparados na hora. Muitas opções de escolha à noite. Amei o restaurante italiano- ótima comida, excelente equipe e tocou música de fundo quando solicitado. Área de piscina limpa, grande piscina grande e salva-vidas útil- resolvido o nosso guarda-sol! A Ana da recepção fez uma pausa ajudando a imprimir os nossos formulários de localização de passageiros, quando tivemos um problema ao enviar e-mail para a recepção. Uma pausa relaxante perfeita- obrigado.

Me gustaria destacar primero los puntos positivos. La calidad de la comida es buena, los restaurantes también están muy bien. Las actividades de animación para adultos están bien, aunque quizás faltaría organizar alguna más. Para niños hay muchísimas, pero no para adultos. La calidad del descanso es muy buena, en las habitaciones no se oyen ruidos. Punto muy negativo es que a las 8 de la mañana ya están casi todas la hamacas de la piscina llenas, por lo que si quieres una te toca madrugar. Creo que un hotel de esta categoría es inaceptable que se permita reservar hamacas. Ya que lo hacen podrían quitar el cartel de que está prohibido, porque realmente es un gran punto negativo. Nosotros vamos a descansar y si tenemos que madrugar para tener una hamaca en la piscina es empezar el día con mal pie. Es posible no dejar reservar hamacas, ya que en el h10 White Suites que está muy cerquita no lo permiten, y es algo muy de agradecer. Tambien me gustaria comentar que no debemos olvidar que estamos todavía en época COVID y muchos de los turistas extranjeros iban por zonas cerradas del hotel sin mascarilla, incluso en el buffet a la hora de ir a coger la comida por lo que se paseaban por delante de la comida sin mascarilla. Se que el personal del hotel no son policias y en ocasiones se veía como le pedían a huespedes que se la pusieran, pero dada la situación de pandemia que vivimos quizás deberían sobre todo en el buffet reforzar el personal y hacer hincapié en que no se puede ir sin mascarilla.

The location was great and the facilities were nice but that's where the positives ended for my family. The food was some of the worst I've ever had (cold and/or just poor tasting). I complained about the food on one occasion but the waitress didn't seem to care. It also felt like we had to ask reception 2 to 3 times before anything was done (which is not what you expect from a "5-star" resort). For example, our sheets were replaced one day with stained sheets (looked like a fake tan and some sort of greenish stain). I had to call reception twice (allowing about 2 hours between each call) and on the second call, reception's response was, "so you just want new sheets?" in a sarcastic tone. For me, what you see on the website is not what you get. In my opinion, this place does the bare minimum and it was an unpleasant stay for my family.I'm not surprised with the 5-star reviews as my sister-in-law was offered (and accepted) a bottle of cava by a member of staff for showing she left a 5-star review.

Had a fabulous holiday. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious, very clean and well stocked with quality toiletries. Good variety of evening entertainment- Outdoor Disco - super, DJ playing requests. Great choice of food for breakfast- omelettes cooked to order. Plenty of choice on evenings. Loved the Italian restaurant- great food, excellent staff and played background music when requested. Clean pool area, great large pool and helpful lifeguard- sorted out our parasol! Ana on reception went over and above helping to print our passenger locator forms, when we had a problem sending email to reception. A perfect relaxing break- thank you.

El servicio de lo mejor pero me tocó una habitación con el colchón en malas condiciones. Desde que lo comenté al personal me cambiaron de habitación y lo que comenzó con mal pie ha terminado muy bien. Es un hotel muy grande y con la medida de reservar, casi no podemos comer porque en los 4 restaurantes que tienen excepto en el buffet, te exigen reserva. Personalmente creo que debería haber algo de flexibilidad en este aspecto. Mucho ambiente nocturno en el hotel, si buscas tranquilidad no es el más adecuado.

When you book direct through the hotel you expect to be informed that the facilities are shut (indoor gym & spa, no welcome pack for members, no stocked mini bar- not the case for this hotel. It doesn’t cost to be up front about your service changes & without doing this it amounts to miss-selling which is avoidable.
Some personal gripes which don’t affect most people - no water in rooms (should be a basic provision for all inclusive), dietaries poorly catered for & no labelling at buffet to make it ease to navigate if this applies to you

For a 5* hotel I would have expected help and assistance showing us to our room when we first checked in due to the fact we were only told and had to take several flights of stairs with our suitcases as the lifts were broken. Only other issue was we woke up one morning with ants crawling all over us in our bedding and the water from the hand basin wouldn’t flush down the drain correctly it would just splash out of the pipe onto the floor.

This place looks the part - very impressive. Que at reception always at least 6 deep. Receptionists have no hesitation to answer the phone whilst you’re stood there mid conversation. Room had lovely decor but bathroom had a number of ants and the sink leaked. Food was good particularly breakfast. We struggled to book into the alternative restaurants. We’d give it 3 1/2 if we could.

Fantastic hotel, great food, brilliant entertainment and lovely location. The kids club team were great which turned a good holiday into a great one. Kevin from the junior club was absolutely amazing, the best entertainer I’ve ever come across and I want to rebook because of how he looked after my two kids. The only area for improvement was the reception where an extra member of staff and clear check in and out would have made the process in out process even better. Thank you Rubicon Palace.
