The hotel "Grifon" opened in 2007. The hotel occupies top floors (fourth and fifth) of a historical five-storey building without lift that was designed by the architect Keiser and raised in 1879. Check in procedure for the apartment - Please leave your luggage at the ground floor in luggage room and go upstairs to the reception desk (4th floor). At the reception you'll check-in, make a payment and deposit 6000 Rubles for the damage in case of lost or damage of property or apartment equipment (if needed; deposit is blocked on a credit card and is refunded during 1-2 days after checkup the apartment), get keys. After that you go downstairs, take your luggage and follow to the next building at 37 Griboedova channel embankment (30 meters by the street to the right, reference point is a balcony on the 2nd floor of the building), go inside using a code (on the access card) and to the 5th floor, flat 2.
