Only give it 4 starts because the beds were a bit hard and the pillows to soft. But other than that would recommend it. Obviously location is a big plus since for the place you are going to visit.

đź‘Žparking the big problem. The parking is preferential, only who gives money finds parking space near the hotel. The rest are sent 3 km away to another parking lot.
parking spaces near the hotel by employees are held to receive the money(10 leva-20 leva), and the rest are sent a few miles away to park even if you pay 20 leva/day.
i try to speak with Georgi ( manager or somethink from Bolero ) and he “explained” me that it is normal that some people (clients like us) have “rezerved” place to park in the normal parking of the hotel, and you can NOT park in that place even the parking space is free.

Don't recommend! Dirty - 3 of us got ill . We had to stay in the room. Huge hotel with insufficient parking lots, insufficient seats in the restaurant, insufficient place on the beach. Personnel - unmotivated and inadequate. Sorry, but never go back....

Even though romanians are preponderant at the hotel, animation stuff spoked mostly in french ( started with french ). If u expect to fill the hotel only with french, then its ok, but if u have a majority of other nation please use their language also or english. You have a policy of non reservation for sunbeds ( pool and beach ) but every morning they were reserved with towels, and when i bring it to reception and pool stuff attention they did nothing, even though there were peoples reserving both beach and pool sunbeds. I visited also the kids aquapark located at Grifid Bolero , and the information provided by the reception stuff were wrong ( i think its made on purpose - to take care first of the People staying at that hotel ), leaving our hotel for Bolero means that we don't benefit from our allinclusive stuff, and at Bolero you have nothing - they at least can provide some cold drinks, but no - reception stuff from Bolero told us not to go in other areas of the hotel.

The food was good and there was a variety of it, the staff was extremely helpful and nice, the pools are fun and entertaining, also the water park is a great idea for the children, you should definitely try the Bulgarian restaurant, the food there is really delicious and represents our cuisine perfectly! The only problem were the Romanians who ate by the pool, leaving their leftovers there, reserving their beach beds and pool places, which is really unpleasant and leave no places for other guests, you should do better! I had to explain a Romanian family why they can’t reserve their beach bed and show them the policy of the hotel, for them only to scream at me! However the hotel was perfect and the experience was very pleasant, definitely would come here next year! Love you Gridid❤️❤️❤️🦀🦀🦀
