O hotel é muito bem localizado. Os funcionários são super gentis e atenciosos. Muito próximo ao hotel você encontra mercadinhos, cafés, restaurantes. A orla é linda. Se estiver na estação de trem é só pegar o ônibus número 10 que passa em frente ao hotel. Super recomendo e espero voltar em breve.

The worst experience in my travel history! On booking, I was promised a one bed apartment with sofa cum bed with full daily service, breakfast, free wiFi.. All I got is Room 1814. A one bed apartment with no wifi, bed had mattress with holes, the sofa cum bed was unsleepable, there was no service at all. The first day we had to wait for 3 hours before we got the toilet and bathroon accessories. Subsequently we had no service to the apartment and on insistence, they changed our towels one day and took away the garbage! We passed 3 agonising days here! The staff was the rudest ever encountered by me! Breakfast was like first come first served, when anything ran out, then it was not replaced. One day was without milk, one day without butter! The staff at breakfast was extremely impolite and even their yes sounded rude! I would never recommend this apartment to anyone! Wifi was not available but reception staff insisted continuously that it is available! There were 3 sachets of coffee in the room but no milk and no sugar! Be aware!!! Total miscommitments!

I liked the hotel,,It is near the sea and you can enjoy the view of the sea from balcony,,,There is a supermarket and many small markets nearby,,,Dancing Fountains,,Dolphinarium, 6may park are nearby,,you can either walk or order taxi(2___7 lary)Room is clean,, every day I rode bicycle in the boulevard which is in front of the hotel.....

Check in was hard and took a long time. There is coffee at the kitchen drools but we had no filter. It's close to everywhere. Also we were at the 20th floor so water pressure of the shower was really low. Other than that it's been a nice experience
