Não gostamos da localização, uma rua solitária e escura, o quarto transitável, a água da jacuzzi expelia pedaços pretos e cheirava mal, como uma vala. O banheiro é para jogadores de basquete, subindo. O chão quando acendemos a luz da cama parecia imundo e geralmente cheirava a mofo, mas acho que isso é normal em Bali. Os funcionários a 10, super simpáticos tanto na recepção (prepararam-nos um pequeno-almoço para levar no último dia às 6 da manhã), como no bar do terraço (trouxeram tudo o que pediram para a piscina e fizeram-no sentir-se muito confortável) assim como o pessoal do spa e as massagens, que por sinal fazem muito bem. Se melhorarem as deficiências que têm, é um hotel muito competitivo e com boas instalações 😉

La ubicación no nos gusto, una calle solitaria y oscura, la habitación pasable, el agua del jacuzzi expulsaba trozos negros y olía mal, como a acequia. El inodoro es para jugadores de baloncesto, altísimo. El suelo cuando encendíamos la luz de la cama se veía sucísimo y en general olía a humedad pero supongo que eso es normal en Bali. El personal un 10, súper amables tanto recepción (nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar el último día a las 6h), como bar de la azotea (te traían todo lo que pedías a la piscina y te hacían sentir muy cómodos) como personal de spa y masajes, que por cierto los hacen muy bien. Si mejoran las deficiencias que tienen, es un hotel muy competitivo con buenas instalaciones 😉

Pictures seen online were either from the hotel’s early days or heavily beautified for the sake of marketing.This was no where as close to what we saw upon check in (Sep 2022).Lobby was barely lit. Had thought maybe it was still daylight so they were being environmentally friendly. But the lobby remained barely lit after sunset, as though no one lived there. It wasn’t even the typical Balinese “romantic evening” kinda setting. Someone needs to fix this light situation.Checked in at 4pm and we were informed the room we wanted was not available. Instead, we got “upgraded” to a 4-bedder room (4 double beds in one bedroom).Room was musty, sinks and taps had stains that could use some polishing. We weren’t given bath towels and had to call housekeeping for one. The hand/ face towels that were folded and placed under the sink had tiny specks of things (they looked like insect eggs… was looking to see if I could spot something crawling but thank goodness there wasn’t).Bathrobes had stains as well, didn’t want to use them at all.Only positive was a relatively clean bed that did not leave our skin feeling itchy. And, a location almost next door to W Hotel’s Woobar and Potato Head beach club.

Great location in Seminyak. Private Jacuzzis and nice roof top Lounge pool to chill and lots of great food choices and the beach is walking distance.Rooms were spacious and the place was not noisy in the evenings.We had a great time. 👍

Muito mal! Pagamos um bom dinheiro por um quarto com banheira de hidromassagem, e a água que sai quando você liga as bolhas cheira nada menos que esgoto bruto. Quando informamos a recepção sobre o problema, o técnico veio tentar corrigi-lo. Ele disse que estava consertado. Mas a mesma coisa aconteceu de novo e de novo, água de esgoto bruta. Os chuveiros demoravam tanto para esquentar, e minha sobrinha na porta ao lado não tinha pressão da água. Seu redemoinho também cheirava a esgoto, então ela decidiu não usá-lo, o que é uma pena. Hotel fez pouco para corrigir, e por que devemos continuar reclamando sobre o mesmo problema de novo e de novo? Muito decepcionado e ficarei em outro lugar a partir de agora. A rua solitária para chegar e sair do hotel também parece muito insegura.

É a nossa segunda vez aqui e adoramos como a primeira. O processo de check-in foi rápido, o quarto era espaçoso e limpo, temos uma surpresa simples também, mesmo com poucos quartos reformados, nunca nos incomodamos com sons, adoramos a piscina pela simplicidade e pela temperatura da água, os funcionários estavam sorrindo todos vez que os conhecemos, incluindo as equipes de segurança :). Este hotel ficava a poucas centenas de metros da estrada principal, certamente ótimo para sons menos lotados. Apenas uma coisa precisa melhorar é a variedade do café da manhã, pois ficamos mais de 4 dias. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo este hotel.

Apesar de você entrar no complexo pelo lobby e o estacionamento ser bem amplo, não é estreito, na minha opinião, tudo bem.JOGAR ENTRADAEntre no saguão principal, não há porteiros, Para o lobby, é absolutamente confortável e fresco, juntamente com sofás bonitos e atraentes, tentando se levantar para se sentar, mas porque você está cansado, você tem que fazer o check-in imediatamente para entrar na sala.EMPREGADOO funcionário de hospitalidade que eu gosto e é bom deve ser mantido, especialmente no 7º andar, o homem, esqueci o nome dele, ele rapidamente tomou a iniciativa de vir até nós e explicar em detalhes o que estava nas instalações do 7º andar. Ótimo serviço na minha opinião entre os outros funcionários.QUARTOPara o meu quarto, o valor é limpo, arrumado e fresco. Para o ar condicionado, tudo funciona com as roupas e a geladeira. Gosto muito do conceito.TELHADOLocalizado no 7º andar, para mim este lugar é confortável, especialmente se você puder relaxar à noite enquanto aproveita o ar da noite enquanto relaxa com os colegas. A área pública ainda está suja como um elevador, o saguão principal fica atrás da cadeira à esquerda do lado de fora entrando no saguão, há uma pilha de poeira. O primeiro dia de admissão até o 3º dia ainda é o mesmo o que significa que na minha opinião a limpeza não é notada.2. Solicitei que o quarto fosse limpo, mas a falta de precisão das toalhas de serviço de quarto para banho não foram dadas ou esquecidas.3. Não há lista de canais de TV ou não consigo encontrá-la.No geral, de 10, dou uma classificação de 8,9Eu recomendo este céu de Devins para sua escolha de passar a noite na área de Seminyak Bali.obrigada

Eu trabalhava no setor de hospitalidade desde 1994. Passei metade da minha vida em muitos hotéis de 4 a 5 estrelas na Ásia e na Austrália como faxineiro para os cargos de alta gerência. Conheço hotéis mais do que outros públicos em geral.Os funcionários são bem treinados na recepção e F&B. É 4 estrelas. Localização é muito boa. O café da manhã e os serviços são perfeitos.Mas os quartos são totalmente inaceitáveis. O assento do vaso sanitário é a falha de engenharia. Banheiros, quartos de hóspedes e banheiros de restaurante na cobertura são como banheiros públicos. Foi realmente um pesadelo para nós. A equipe de limpeza deve ser treinada adequadamente e o supervisor deve verificar todos os quartos antes do check-in dos hóspedes. Não merecia. Toalhas, móveis de lençóis, lixeiras, torneiras, todos precisam ser substituídos. Eles são muito velhos. Eu também tenho meu próprio negócio. Eu entendo os negócios a jusante após o covid. Se você não tem orçamento para fazer uma reforma neste hotel, o proprietário deve considerar vendê-lo.

Reservamos este hotel usando milhas da American Airlines. Já estávamos planejando a viagem para Seminyak, Bali. Foi classificado como muito bom em outros sites. Gostamos da localização de 200 metros da faixa de estradas principais de Seminyak. É bastante tranquilo, mas a uma curta caminhada de tudo o que você precisa. A piscina do céu e o restaurante, o bar tinham excelentes vistas do oceano a oeste, que fica a cerca de 300 metros de distância. No geral bastante satisfeito. As opções de comida no hotel eram boas e com preços razoáveis. Claro que o serviço em Bali é de primeira qualidade. Há um carrinho de transporte bom para levá-lo para a rua, se você não quiser caminhar.

Reservamos este hotel usando millas de American Airlines. Ya estábamos planeando el viaje a Seminyak, Bali. Fue calificado como bastante bueno en otros sitios. Nos gustó la ubicación de 200 metros de la franja de carreteras principales de Seminyak. Es bastante tranquilo, pero a una corta distancia a pie de todo lo que necesitas. La piscina del cielo y el restaurante, el bar tenía excelentes vistas del oeste del océano, que está a unos 300 metros de distancia. En general bastante satisfecho. Las opciones de comida en el hotel eran buenas ya un precio razonable. Por supuesto, el servicio en Bali es de primera categoría. Hay un carrito de transporte bueno para sacarte a la calle si no tienes ganas de caminar.

I’m writing this while I’m on my first and definitely last night here. Rooms and the entire hotel are just really old and not well maintained. The moment you stepped into the rooms, you could smell this old wooden stench and I’m saying this confidently because this is my second room here. I switched rooms because my first room jacuzzi was not working. The overall vibe in the room and hotel is just 2 star rating and feels dirty. The two water bottles that they provide in the rooms have a weird smell and oh they charge for any additional bottles. Also, the adapters are old school so you have to pay a deposit for their adapters at IDR100,000 (which will be given back as you return them). The towels smell awful, the ac in my second new room is just not cold and the couches are just gross to sit on. I cannot wait to check out and get the heck outta here honestly.

We booked this hotel using American Airlines miles. We were already planning the trip to Seminyak, Bali. It was rated pretty good they other sites. We liked the location of 200 meters off the strip of main roads of Seminyak. It's pretty quiet but walking distance to everything you need. The sky pool and restaurant, bar had great west views of the ocean, which is about 300 meters away. Overall pretty satisfied. Food options in the hotel were good and reasonable priced. Of course service in Bali is top notch. There is a shuttle good cart to take you out to the street if you don't feel like walking.

It’s our second time here and we love it as the first one. The check in process was fast, room was spacious and clean, we have simple surprise also, even there was few rooms renovated, we never feel bothered with sounds, love the swimming pool for the simplicity and the water temperature, the staffs were smiling all time we met them, including the security staffs :). This hotel was few hundred meters from the main road, certainly great for less crowded sounds. Just one thing need to improve is the variety of breakfast, coz we stay more than 4 days. I will surely come back and recommend this hotel.

Very Bad! We paid good money for a room with a whirlpool, and the water that came out once you turn on the bubbles smells nothing less than raw sewage. When we told reception about the problem, the technician came to try and fix it. He said it was fixed. But the same thing happened again and again, raw sewage water. The showers took so long to heat up, and my niece in the next door to us didn't have any water pressure at all. Her whirlpool also smelt like sewage so she decided to not use it at all which is a shame. Hotel did little to rectify, and why should we have to keep complaining about the same issue again and again? Very disappointed and will be staying elsewhere from now on. The lonely street to get to and from the hotel also feels very unsafe.

I was working in the hospitality industry since 1994. I spent half of my life in many 4star to 5 star hotels in Asia and Australia as a cleaner to the top management roles. I know about hotels more than other general public. The staffs are well trained at front desk and F&B . It is 4 Stars. Location is very good. The breakfast and services are perfect. But rooms are totally unacceptable. Toilet seat is the engineering failure . Bathrooms, guest rooms and roof top restaurant toilets are just like public toilets. It was really nightmare for us. Housekeeping staff must be retrain properly and supervisor must check every room before guest check in. This is a reason I did not leave any tips when I check out. Do not deserved it. Towels, bedsheets' furniture, rubbish bins, taps they all need to be replaced. They are too old. I also have my own business. I understand business down stream after covid. If you have no budget to do a renovation in this hotel the owner should consider to sell it out.

Lamento, mas ficamos bastante decepcionados com a nossa estadia. Enquanto a equipe, sem exceção, foi muito simpática e prestou um excelente serviço, a propriedade precisa de muita atenção. Com a forma como o mundo tem estado, entende-se que provavelmente não há financiamento para grandes reformas, mas esse não é o grande problema aqui. Os quartos não são limpos e são realmente mofados. Tanto minha esposa quanto eu sofremos com isso e ainda não nos recuperamos, vários dias depois. No lado bom, nós realmente gostamos de estar no telhado. Área agradável, bom serviço, foi uma delícia sentar lá para o café da manhã e café da manhã.

I'm sorry but we were pretty disappointed by our stay. While the staff, without exception, were very nice and provided excellent service, the property needs a lot of attention. With how the world has been, one understands that there isn't likely funding for major renovations, but that is not the big problem here. The rooms are just not clean and are really musty. Both my wife and I suffered from this and have not yet recovered, several days later. On the good side, we REALLY enjoyed being on the rooftop. Nice area, good service, was a delight to sit there for morning coffee and breakfast.

Hotel muy bueno que te lo puedes encontrar en cualquier ciudad, pues es una franquicia. Rompe un poco la esencia de la isla donde estas (Bali) y lo que representa, pero se esta muy agusto. Los empleados son muy agradables, atentos y simpaticos... Es muy recomendable.

Nuestra habitación olía a humedad, nos cambiaron a una superior ya no olía, pero el jacuzzi no se llegaba a llenar y nos compensaron con un circuito spa y un masaje. El restaurante del hotel una pasada, está en la azotea del hotel, la comida muy buena y el servicio excelente. La ubicación también Está bien situado.
