Lovely spa for a complete relaxing full body massage. Very hygienic with elegant staff who are well trained having amazing skills and etiquettes. The best spa in Navi Mumbai so far. The shower room is also well equipped and having pressurized hot water. Superb experience.

Location is the biggest advantage of this hotel. It's right next to the Vashi railway station and is accessible by all transport means. The rooms, service and food is OK and could be improved considering the price it quotes!

Sub par rooms, air conditioners are issues. They should explore aesthetic grills and sliding windows, whats the point otherwise. Food was quite bad… breakfast and dinner. The executive chef Maroof took extra steps to make things work hence an extra star pushing it to 4. Wish they would invest in more than just planning of menu and improve taste and quality. Basic veg biryani and noodles could be better. Pastries just simple cheaper nicer and fresher could work. Maybe we just had bad weekend food wise?

The rooms are so good. Staff was so polite and really helpful. Need a bathtub in bathroom and food was not that great as other hotels provide. After all it was a good experience.
