Fontana Del Cherubino

The farmhouse Fontana del Cherubino in Sicily, created in 2007, is one of the world's premier locations for restful rejuvenation and healthful cuisine. The name Fontana del Cherubino derives from an ancient fountain located in the area, built in 1757 but which is still used as a water supply for the region. Cradled between the historic valley of Mt. Etna and the fertile plains of Catania, this farmhouse creates delectable menus using freshly grown local products, enhanced with the high-quality extra-virgin olive oil and served with the richly-bodied and famous wines of the Etna region.
