A equipe é muito simpática, os quartos confortáveis, e o terraço muito agradável, eles só deveriam ter mais cuidado com as regras porque como é apenas para adultos havia 3 senhoras muito nefastas e desbocadas e nunca chamaram sua atenção e para por isso preferimos sair da piscina, o que é lamentável, a água no quarto também não estava muito quente, mas a partir daí o hotel vale bem a pena

El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones cómodas, y la terraza muy agradable, solo deberían de cuidar más las reglas porque como es solo para adultos había 3 señoras muy nefastas y malhabladas y nunca les llamaron la atención y por esa razón preferimos irnos de la alberca, lo cual es una cosa lamentable, el agua del cuarto también no salio muy caliente, pero de ahí en más el hotel vale mucho la pena

Espaços incríveis!!É um hotel bastante colorido, cada área tem um toque espacial com suas fotos, pinturas, esculturas.O terraço é o lugar perfeito para algumas bebidas haha.E o mais importante, o quarto: fiquei no quarto individual e... não há nada de simples nisso. Cama bem larga, super confortável, muitos travesseiros, tinha uma varanda de frente para a piscina [também um bom lugar para tomar um drink], o banheiro era bem arrumado, tinha um sofá super confortável.A experiência que tive, a verdade é muito boa. A equipe, muito simpática.Agradecimentos para sua atenção.Eles serão meu ponto de retorno.

Espacios increíbles!!Es un hotel bastante colorido, cada zona tiene un toque espacial con sus cuadros, pinturas, esculturas.La terraza es el lugar perfecto para unos drinks jaja.Y lo más importante, la habitación: me quedé en la sencilla y... no tiene nada de sencilla. Cama muy amplia, super cómoda, bastantes almohadas, me tocó balcón hacia la alberca [también buen lugar para un drink], el baño bien distribuido, tiene un sofá super cómodo.La experiencia que tuve, muy buena la verdad. El personal, muy amable.Gracias por la atención.Ya serán mi punto de vuelta.

La alberca está super agusto además de que esta super caliente. El servicio es extraordinario! Eu fiquei aqui duas vezes agora. Com certeza voltarei. A equipe é incrível e a localização, afastada um pouco da estrada principal, fica perto de tudo. Super razoável também. I se hospedaram em vários tipos de quartos e todos foram nice. Boa comida no café da manhã e serviço de quarto!

I have stayed here twice now. I will for sure be coming back. The staff is amazing and the location while tucked away a bit from the main road is close to everything. Super resonable also. I have stayed in several different kinds of rooms and they were all nice. Good food for breakfast and room service!

Pros: staff was friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean, quiet & beautiful. There are art displays in the lobby. The bed was soft, comfortable & clean. Location is about 2 blocks away from Plaza del Sol which is an excellent location for bus connections. Hotel is adult only so yay for peace & quiet.
Cons: attached restaurant was closed for 2 days while we were there so we had to make do with Starbucks & Soriana grocery store for breakfast at Plaza Del Sol. The light in the closet was on a motion sensor (I think) and the closet door would slowly slide in its track and trigger the light. Light on. Light off. Light on. Light off. Good lord. Happened multiple times until we jammed some luggage in the door track to keep it from moving. Would stay there again if the restaurant was open.

Our stay was very short but we found an amazing little hidden gem of a hotel, prices are very affordable and the rooms very clean, modern with very comfortable beds. They won our business for sure we’ll be staying with FCH when we return on future trips. Thank you to all the staff for doing above and beyond your service can’t be beat.

My wife and I stayed here and we loved it. We're from Alabama and we thought the food they served there was absolutely great, the staff were super nice and the hotel was exceptionally clean, I hope we get to come here again one day!

The pros: the staff was very amicable, the rooms clean and well kept, and the wifi was free. The AC was brand new and kept the room comfortable and the beds were tempurpedic, so quite comfortable!The cons: the parking is a joke, the only secure place is directly up front with only four spaces. The doors of other rooms slam and echo through the connecting rooms.

I was able to exercise for a couple of hours before going to sleep, the bed was very comfortable and my parents and I were very well received. The apple at the gym is a very nice touch. Finally loved that i was able to get the water in the shower up to temperature with no struggle what so ever.
