As fotos parecem muito mais bonitas do que a realidade. Nosso quarto para não-fumantes fedia como cigarro a ponto de eu ter que lavar até as roupas que não usava quando cheguei em casa porque tudo cheirava mal. O ventilador no banheiro era barulhento e um parafuso estava faltando na tampa, então estava pendurado no teto precariamente. Havia uma quitinete, mas não havia pratos ou talheres. A equipe no check-out foi rude. Este lugar é basicamente um Motel 6 glorificado, mas mais caro.

The photos look a lot nicer than reality. Our non-smoking room stank like cigarettes to the point where I had to wash even the clothes I didn't wear once I got home because everything smelled bad. The fan in the bathroom was noisy and a bolt was missing from the cover so it was hanging off the ceiling precariously. There was a kitchenette but no dishes or silverware. The staff at checkout was rude. This place is basically a glorified Motel 6 but more expensive.

Preço decente para uma estadia de uma semana. O nosso quarto estava impecavelmente limpo. Estava um pouco desatualizado na área da cozinha, mas no geral ficou impressionado e voltaria com prazer. Localização é central para toneladas de bons restaurantes, um campo de golfe e um cinema. Central D.C. a cerca de 40 minutos de carro.

Decent price for a week long stay. Our room was spotlessly clean. Was a little outdated in the kitchen area, but was overall impressed and would gladly return. Location is central to tons of good restaurants, a top golf, and a movie theater. Central D.C. about 40 mins away by car.

Ficamos lá por 5 noites. A senhora da recepção só perguntou "identificação?" "Sem sorriso ou contato visual quando entramos no hotel e disse" olá, como você está? "O quarto estava tão escuro que não conseguimos entender se está limpo ou não. Todo o nosso corpo inchou talvez por causa de piores. Sem café da manhã apenas algumas barras de aveia. Nada de café se você acordar depois das 8 horas. Em todos os sites de reservas os pontos de recomendação foram dados pela mesma pessoa. Ela deu 10 pontos para o hotel. alguns comentários ela diz que é sem-teto e outros ela diz que está trabalhando e ficando a negócios.... Agora eu entendo porque estamos surpresos com o resultado. Se eu descobri antes de reservar o hotel, nunca escolhi este hotel. Com certeza eu não vou ficar novamente

Deve ser um zero!!!! Eu fico aqui toda semana minha segurança do meu quarto foi violada pela equipe! Minha unidade não funcionou e encontrei um pedaço da estrutura da cama embaixo da cama. Eu não tinha toalhas limpas. A última vez que eu tinha uma toalha! Encontrei o lixo de outra pessoa na cômoda também. Eu tenho mais.

Chegou e o saguão estava fechado, aparentemente fecha depois das 22h. Depois de finalmente conseguir uma recepcionista, foi informado que o quarto que eu reservei e já paguei estava indisponível, e não havia opção exceto “upgrade” de um quarto King para um quarto com cama de casal por um adicional de $ 25. Ao entrar no quarto havia zero toalhas e prateleiras quebradas. Fique em outro lugar, não vale a pena quando você está cansado e saindo da estrada e os preços baixos não são realmente baixos quando eles forçam você a “atualizar”.

O quarto cheira a um cadáver!! Não há latas de lixo no quarto. Tentei ligar para a recepção e o telefone NÃO tem fio conectado, está totalmente ausente. NÃO FIQUE AQUI NUNCA! Todos os outros hóspedes estavam reclamando. A recepção disse que não havia nada que ele pudesse fazer e se recusou a ajudar de qualquer maneira. Parece bom na internet, completamente FALSO!

We stayed there for 5 nights. The lady at the front desk only asked" id? "Without smile or eye contact when we entered the hotel and said" hello, how are you?"The room was so dark that we couldnt understand if it is clean or not. All our body has swollen maybe because of worses. No breakfast only fewoat bars. No coffe if you wake up later than 8 o clock. At all booking sites the points of recommendation has given by the same person. She gave 10 points to hotel. some comments she says she is homeless and others she says she is working and staying for business.... Now i understand it because we are surprised of the result.If Ive found out before i reserved the hotel i ve never choosen this hotel.For Sure i wont stay again

The room smells like a dead body!! There are no trash cans in the room. Tried to call the front desk and the phone has NO cord attached, it's totally missing. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER! Every other guest there was complaining. The front desk said there was nothing he could do and refused to help in ANY way. Looks good on the internet, completely FALSE!

Arrived and the lobby was closed, apparently shuts down after 10pm. After finally getting a receptionist, was informed the room I booked and already paid for was unavailable, and there was no option except to “upgrade” from a King room to a double bed room for an additional $25. Upon entry in the room there were zero towels and broken shelves. Stay elsewhere, not worth the hassle when you’re tired and coming off the road and the low prices aren’t actually low when they force “upgrade” you.

Should be a zero!!!! I stay here each week my security of my room was violated by staff! My unit didn’t work, and I found a piece of the bed frame under the bed. I didn’t have fresh towels. Last time I had one towel! I found someone else’s trash in the dresser too. I got more.
