We did not get to stay there. We drove all night 400 miles got there around 10:30/11:00am. The receptionist said we could not check in until 3:00pm, I ask if there was any way we could check in early, she said no. I explained that we were tired and wore out, but she did not care. So I left and went to Quality Inn right next door and the person there help us out and we are still here in room 104. I was really disappointed that I was treated that way.

We stayed in a number of different rooms & every one of them smells like cigarette smoke. I observed a man walking out of a room & he was smoking a cigarette! We are staying long term & switched hotels due to the cigarette smoke smell.

They gave our original room away and had to take a king with a sofa bed instead of two doubles. The sofa bed was absolutely disgusting. Continental bkfast was ridiculous. Price for what we got was outrageous.

We had people looking in the window asking if it was so and so's room. Our rooms were suppose to be smoke-free and one had been smoked in. 3/4 of the staff was extremely rude. There was not fresh fruit for the cont. breakfast as stated that there would be. The beds were comfortable, that was it. We were asked why everybody was checking in so early (we did not check in until after 3 pm). We were argued with that we did not reserve two rooms and when I provided my printed receipt, we were informed that one of the rooms was given away.

this trip was because of medical reasons and weather being bad overall it was alright but they could improve their snow and ice on the parking lot and getting to the rooms when this happends the hotel was ok everything was as I excepted they were clean not to noise for being so close to the highway most places to not far away over all not bad for the price paid the removal of snow and made the parking a little bad I know the weather was bad but even when it had not snowed for 2 days they did not do anything to the parking area
