O local poderia ser incrível se o serviço estivesse à altura! Da recepção no restaurante ou no bar da praia, ninguém fala bem inglês e, acima de tudo, hostil. Muito mau ambiente entre os funcionários. Quarto com cerca de vinte degraus (com uma criança pequena) ninguém para nos ajudar com as malas. Os quartos são bons tamanhos com uma bela vista e terraço. Tínhamos reservado com um berço, não colocado no quarto à chegada e eles queriam nos cobrar 30 francos suíços por noite por esse! Menção especial de qualquer maneira para o bar que oferece bons coquetéis com excelente serviço! E para o jovem fazendo o serviço de abertura de cama que foi muito legal. Restaurante muito caro para a qualidade oferecida! 30€ por prato (apenas 3 opções) e paga-se a água sempre que não for potável na ilha… De resto, o exterior está muito bem cuidado e a piscina (sem aquecimento, impossível de nadar lá no final de setembro!) e a pequena praia privada são uma vantagem! Valor para o dinheiro para rever!!
¡El lugar podría ser increíble si el servicio estuviera a la altura! Desde la recepción en el restaurante o en el chiringuito nadie habla bien inglés y sobre todo antipático. Muy mal ambiente entre el personal. Habitación con unos veinte escalones (con un niño pequeño) sin nadie que nos ayude con las maletas. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño con una bonita vista y terraza. ¡Habíamos reservado con una cuna, no la pusimos en la habitación a la llegada y querían cobrarnos 30 chf por noche por esa! ¡Mención especial de todos modos para el bar que ofrece buenos cócteles con un servicio excelente! Y para el joven que hace el servicio de cobertura que fue muy amable. ¡Restaurante demasiado caro para la calidad ofrecida! 30€ por plato (solo 3 opciones) y te hacen pagar el agua cada vez que no es potable en la isla… Por lo demás, el exterior está muy bien cuidado y la piscina (¡sin calefacción, imposible nadar allí a finales de septiembre!) y la pequeña playa privada son una ventaja. Relación calidad-precio para revisar!!
Localização fantástica, piscina e praia a uma curta distância do hotel. Campo de golfe bem conservado, as indicações dos buracos devem ser melhoradas. Nota negativa sobre o quarto: a porta da frente não fechava, apesar de haver uma porta mais próxima, luminárias desatualizadas e com pouca manutenção. No banheiro, nas torneiras e no assento do vaso sanitário móvel, em 5 dias de permanência ninguém providenciou para consertar o anterior. Não relatei os inconvenientes porque tudo parecia muito chamativo e facilmente verificável pelos limpadores. Infelizmente, até a comida não era de 5 estrelas, embora eu entenda que é muito individual. Achei a equipe, realmente todo mundo, muito cortês e profissional.
Fantástica ubicación, piscina y playa a poca distancia del hotel. Campo de golf bien mantenido, las indicaciones de los hoyos deben mejorarse. Nota negativa sobre la habitación: la puerta de entrada no cerraba, a pesar de que había un cierrapuertas, enseres obsoletos y con poco mantenimiento. En el baño, la grifería y el asiento del WC móvil, en 5 días de estancia nadie se ha encargado de arreglar lo anterior. No informé de los inconvenientes porque todo me pareció muy llamativo y fácilmente comprobable por los limpiadores. Desafortunadamente, incluso la comida no estaba a la altura de 5 estrellas, aunque entiendo que es muy individual. Encontré al personal, realmente a todos, muy cortés y profesional.

The hotel was very accommodating and let us stay in another room one night to see if there was a temperature difference but there was not. The average temp of the room was 77-78 Fahrenheit (to give you an idea). Beds were very uncomfortable and we had a very hard time sleeping. Food is definitely not their forte. Would definitely try other means of food outside of the resort. The resort itself is nice, staff attentive, and the views are great. Os quartos eram bons; no entanto, as temperaturas nos quartos são muito quentes. O hotel foi muito acolhedor e nos deixou ficar em outro quarto uma noite para ver se havia uma diferença de temperatura, mas não havia. A temperatura média do quarto era 77-78 Fahrenheit (para se ter uma idéia). As camas eram muito desconfortáveis e tivemos muita dificuldade em dormir. Comida definitivamente não é o forte deles. Definitivamente tentaria outros meios de alimentação fora do resort. O resort em si é bom, a equipe atenciosa, e as vistas são ótimas.
Linda localização. Infelizmente, os serviços não correspondem aos de um 5 estrelas. A estrutura é muito antiga. O hotel tem apenas um restaurante. Você não pode escolher onde almoçar ou jantar (3-4 restaurantes). Não há serviço de praia/piscina. Deve haver um pequeno sino em cada guarda-chuva (como em 5 estrelas) para poder pedir bebidas e comida (por exemplo, sanduíches, saladas). O buffet do restaurante é semelhante todos os dias, não é muito inovador e muitos produtos são congelados. A qualidade não é grande, semelhante a uma cantina. É realmente uma pena porque a localização é linda, mas faltam mais restaurantes ao ar livre, mais ofertas e muitos serviços. Os funcionários são simpáticos, exceto no bar perto da recepção. Na praia queriam trocar de lugar de um dia para o outro. Temos filhos de 10 e 7 anos, não queríamos mexer em tudo. O resort é acima de tudo muito prático e posicionado.
Hermosa ubicación Desafortunadamente, los servicios no corresponden a los de un 5 estrellas. La estructura es muy antigua. El hotel tiene un solo restaurante. No se puede elegir dónde almorzar o cenar (3-4 restaurantes). No hay servicio de playa/piscina. Debe haber una pequeña campana en cada paraguas (como en 5 estrellas) para poder pedir bebidas y comida (por ejemplo, sándwiches club, ensaladas). El buffet del restaurante es similar todos los días, no es muy innovador y muchos productos son congelados. La calidad no es muy buena, similar a una cantina. Realmente es una pena porque la ubicación es hermosa pero faltan más restaurantes al aire libre, más ofertas y muchos servicios. El personal es amable excepto en el bar cerca de la recepción. En la playa querían cambiar de lugar de un día para otro. Tenemos niños de 10 y 7 años, no queríamos mover todo. El complejo es sobre todo muy práctico y posicionado.

We came for our honeymoon and couldn’t leave fast enough. First, the bed and breakfast rate only includes toast and coffee/juice. When I requested room service and opted to pay 14€ for some eggs and 11€ for fruit with a delivery between 9 and 9:30, we were awoken at 8 with only toast. The staff was constantly knocking on the door while we were trying to finish our breakfast to the point it was intrusive. We did not eat dinner at the hotel because of how we were treated by unfriendly staff — we walked to the marina and chose to eat there — this was the only time we were made to feel special — our honeymoon was celebrated by the restaurant with two special drinks which were very appreciated! I then tried to surprise my husband with reservations in town and we were told sorry, we can’t get you a taxi. When we inquired about renting a car, the hotel said they would look into it, but never got back to us. All the chairs at the beach were constantly reserved but empty — we were asked to move numerous times because chairs were reserved, yet they were empty all day — so we opted to walk to La Cinta and go to the beach there instead — the water is much nicer there. We signed up to play 9 holes on our last day, only to be shoved in a line with 7 other golfers — we only ended up playing a few holes and left early because it was taking so long — then we were scolded for only paying 1 greens fee when there were two of us (they never asked us how many golfers) which we were more than happy to pay even though we only played a few holes. I have no idea how this hotel is rated a 5-star hotel — there is nothing about this hotel other than the view that is worth that rating. The staff is terrible and has absolutely no idea how to make anyone feel welcome. I would never ever stay here again — we couldn’t leave fast enough. O hotel parece lindo, e é realmente lindo. Quando solicitei o serviço de quarto e optei por pagar 14€ por alguns ovos e 11€ por fruta com entrega entre as 9h e as 9h30, fomos acordados às 8h apenas com torradas. A equipe estava constantemente batendo na porta enquanto estávamos tentando terminar nosso café da manhã ao ponto de ser intrusivo. Nós não jantamos no hotel por causa de como fomos tratados por funcionários hostis - nós caminhamos até a marina e escolhemos comer lá - esta foi a única vez que nos sentimos especiais - nossa lua de mel foi celebrada pelo restaurante com dois bebidas especiais que foram muito apreciadas! Tentei surpreender meu marido com reservas na cidade e nos disseram que desculpe, não podemos pegar um táxi. Quando perguntamos sobre o aluguel de um carro, o hotel disse que iria investigar, mas nunca nos retornaram. Todas as cadeiras da praia estavam constantemente reservadas, mas vazias - nos pediram para mudar várias vezes porque as cadeiras estavam reservadas, mas estavam vazias o dia todo - então optamos por caminhar até La Cinta e ir para a praia lá - a água é muito mais legal lá. Jantar no gazebino já que não consegui acessar o restaurante porque não tinha calça comprida "ok" .. mas estamos em um lugar à beira-mar, no mar! Menu fixo contrário ao que foi dito na recepção, a la carte.. comunicação ruim. Aperitivo uma fatia de courgette ??? !!! Um pargo, bom, e cru, congelado, uma sobremesa e vinho NÃO incluído por 80€ por pessoa, debaixo de um gazebino ?? Preço / menu TOTALMENTE irracional e obviamente não comunicado à recepção. Mesmo a ÚNICA senhora na outra mesa ao lado da nossa, a mesma experiência, tanto que ela até mandou os alimentos crus de volta porque não os comeu.
Cena en el mirador ya que no pude acceder al restaurante porque no tenía pantalón largo "ok".. pero estamos en un lugar de playa, sobre el mar! Menú fijo al contrario de lo que se dijo en la recepción, a la carta ... mala comunicación. Aperitivo una rodaja de calabacín ??? !!! Un pargo, bueno, y crudo, congelado, un postre y vino NO incluidos por 80€ por persona, bajo un cenador?? Precio / menú TOTALMENTE irracional y obviamente no comunicado a la recepción. Incluso LA ÚNICA dama en la otra mesa al lado de la nuestra, la misma experiencia, tanto que incluso devolvió los alimentos crudos porque no los comió.

Hermoso complejo, maníacamente mantenido, en el mar entre los más bellos de Cerdeña. Tiene vistas a los nueve hoyos de golf (no se lo puede perder). Hotel de muy buen nivel.
Lindo resort, maniacamente mantido, à beira-mar, entre os mais bonitos da Sardenha. Tem vista para os nove buracos de golfe (a não perder). Hotel de padrão muito bom.
The hotel location is fantastic, but the amentities are a bit old. The service in the beach bar is very below the standard, but price is high.
Beautiful area and a nice private beach. Staff in general was friendly. The guy at the bar(Gabriele) was really unfriendly.

Stayed here a week in late Summer. There are positives aplenty: beautiful views, vast swathes of lawn perfect for kids to play on, pretty oval pool, shaded lunch gazebo and private beach. Breakfast and lunch buffet spreads are the largest and most impressive I've ever seen, and of a consistently high quality with very fresh, likely local produce. Dinner is a half-board set menu (only) with varied choices per course, again high quality. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. All this is what you're justifiably paying a premium for in a Sardinian resort. Unfortunately what let's this place down are the rooms, their descriptions and value for money - things only the owners can address. "Lato mare" in Italian literally means 'side of the sea', whereas its translation into English, "sea-front", implies a sea view. In most of the "sea-front" rooms there's no view, other than a lawn and a hedge. You need to upgrade to a "deluxe restaurato" if you want a bathroom from this century, and even that doesn't mean that the bedrooms have been updated - not even the only suite. Think 1970s/80s stained wood and table lamps. The mattresses are rock-hard, which isn't unusual in Italy, but would be unusual in a 4* elsewhere. The rating reflects what the hotel should really be starred, at least until it updates its bedrooms, or its prices.
Everything excelent! Nice building inside the Puntaldia resort. Wonderful golf court above the sea. Great staff and delicious meals. Very comfortable private beach.
A dream place, excellent food, service, and a view to die for. My wife and I found out why it's called "Due lune" one the night of a full moon.

The Due Lune Resort is located on the north-east coast of Sardinia. It offers panoramic views of the coastline a 9-hole golf course and many sports and leisure facilities.All rooms at the Due Lune Resort Golf & Spa are air conditioned and have views of the sea or hotel gardens from the balcony or patio. Each has a private bathroom satellite TV and minibar.The Due Lune has a restaurant and bar around the swimming pool. There is also a fitness and wellness centre together with tennis courts windsurfing and scuba diving.The hotel is 34 km from Olbia which has both an airport and a port with connections to Genoa Leghorn and Civitavecchia.
