Amos at the front desk was quick, efficient and fun! Even upgraded the Bride and Groom in our party to a King Suite, at no charge and without request...with a Smile! The manager at Bartolino's agreed to stay open an hour later to accommodate the 8 of us after the reception for a nightcap! The bartender Jennifer was an amazing hostess!
Overall This Drury made our evening so much more special!! The best Drury we have had the pleasure of staying at!!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The security at the hotel is top notch. Hot food and awesome staff. Free Happy hour drink tickets if we chose to use them. We will definitely stay there again.

Um ótimo hotel. Localização muito segura, perto das estradas principais, do zoológico, ótimos restaurantes. Mas a grande vantagem é café da manhã e jantar gratuitos, MAIS três bebidas alcoólicas gratuitas por adulto por dia. Totalmente inédito em um hotel desse preço. Sim, a comida do jantar é super básica e as bebidas são baratas, mas são gratuitas e têm cachorros-quentes e nachos para que as crianças fiquem felizes. Com certeza voltaremos.

Such a great hotel. Very safe location, close to the main roads, the zoo, great restaurants. But the huge perk is free breakfast AND dinner, PLUS three free alcoholic drinks per adult per day. Totally unheard of at a hotel of this price. Yeah, the dinner food is super basic and the drinks are dirt cheap but they’re free and they have hot dogs and nachos so the kids are happy. We’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel. I am very very picky about where we stay. This place was just so well managed, staffed, and put together it was amazing. I greatly appreciate how well we were treated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and be delighted to stay there again.

Repugnante. Entrei no saguão, que era semi-agradável, o que aumentou um pouco minhas esperanças. Disgusting. I walked into the lobby, which was semi-nice, which got my hopes up a little. The computer was down at check-in so it took around 20 minutes which wasn't ideal after traveling all day. I then walked into the room, none of the lights worked, so I had to call down to get that fixed. Aside from that, the room was absolutely disgusting. It had foul smells, and immediately gave me a head ache. The bed is a whole other story. There was crumbs and dirt all over the comforter and pillows, then I looked at the sheets. Unbearable. I have never seen a hotel so poorly cleaned in my life. Do not stay here!! The price is good, but its not worth the risk. I also accidentally booked an extra day, so I called Priceline and the man I spoke with barely spoke any english, so he didn't know what I was saying and I didn't know what he was saying. He repeatedly said, "Sorry, I am still checking." Checking what? What could he have been checking that made me hold for 35 minutes? Only to tell me that he was going to charge me for the extra night that I had accidentally booked. I am beyond disappointed.

Starting off, the whole staff were wonderful, front desk, breakfast/kickback, housekeeping, security guard, everyone! 5/5
■Parking: a huge dedicated lot with some spots in a basement garage. It's encircled by a metal fence, security cameras, and a guard on duty. Your car will be fine.
■There's a popular restaurant attached to the hotel. Bear this in mind and try to park early.
■The lobby is spacious with a dining area that has morning breakfast, and an evening 'kickback" where they serve drinks 5-7pm. They have juice, 2% milk, coffee, and soda.
■Check in is smooth, the rooms are big and clean. It's got a large enough bathroom, TV, desk, mini fridge & microwave (look in the dresser), in room coffee maker, closet with hangers, an iron and ironing board. The closet door is a mirror.
■Quick access the the highway, several gas stations nearby (like, two seconds away) Quick Trip, Circle K. Short drive from Forest Park.
This can be pricey, but worth it!

Mixed experience. Some of the staff are very helpful, some of them ignore you. The food was good, the pool was good.There were some weird stains on the underside of the foldout mattress.Also, be careful about booking with any packages to the science center etc. It charges you a higher rate, but you have to come to the hotel first to get a voucher. Obviously this is inconvenient for people coming from out of town. When you try to explain this to them, they still charge you the higher rate.
