They have helped soo much in the time it has taken to repair my house. The staff is soo genuinely nice that you can't help but feel better. Their rooms are clean, they provide both breakfast and dinner free of charge for guests. Pool and hot tub to swim and relax. One of the better quality priced hotels and staff I've had the pleasure of staying with.

Não gostei de ser cobrado uma noite em que não fiquei. Fizemos check-out mais cedo. No entanto, excelente localização, Outback Steakhouse foi ao lado - a uma curta distância. No me gustó que me cobraran una noche que no me quedé. Salimos temprano. Sin embargo, excelente ubicación, Outback Steakhouse estaba al lado, a poca distancia. Cómoda cama y almohadas. Didn't like I was charge a night I didn't stay. We checked out early. However, great location, Outback Steakhouse was next door - walking distance. Comfortable bed and pillows. Next to highway, the mall is a 5 minute drive, plenty of shopping and restaurants around. Free breakfast, pool, and WiFi at this hotel!

Costumava ser ótimo, a nova administração está funcionando no chão. O atendimento ao cliente é terrível. As tarifas subiram para a de um hotel de ponta. Certamente não é isso. Fiquei aqui por mais de 20 anos, no entanto, devido ao péssimo atendimento ao cliente e não reembolsar um check-out antecipado. Nunca estará de volta. Recomendo Hilton ou Fairfield eles são sempre de primeira qualidade quando se trata de atendimento ao cliente. Cabelo nas paredes do chuveiro nesta viagem e eu tive que trocar os lençóis várias vezes devido ao cabelo estar na cama.

Used to be great the new management is running it in the ground. Customer service is terrible. Rates have gone up to that of a high end hotel. It's certainly not that. Have stayed here for over 20 years, however due to terrible customer service and not refunding a early check out. Will never be back.Recommend Hilton or Fairfield they are always top notch when it comes to customer service. Hair on the walls of the shower this trip and I've had to have them change sheets multiple times due to hair being in the bed.

Ao fazer reservas, eles se esforçaram para me colocar no andar inferior, o que foi muito importante para a minha situação. Sempre que eu ficar na área, este será o meu lugar. I utilizado para estadia no Drury suites e inn para negócios, mas após a minha estadia neste hotel tenho o prazer de dizer que você não pode errar.

Tommy, Alle y Erika fueron los mejores de todos. Hicieron todo lo posible por ser amables y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y tranquilas. Me alojé solo una noche debido a que me operaron en Baptist Health, pero recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque un lugar agradable y asequible para quedarse. La piscina y el spa estaban en buen estado y muy limpios. La cama era un poco más dura para dormir de lo que preferimos, pero aparte de eso, ya hice arreglos para quedarme la próxima semana debido a otro procedimiento en el hospital. Al hacer las reservas, hicieron todo lo posible para llevarme al piso inferior, lo cual era muy importante para mi situación. Cada vez que me quede en la zona, este será mi lugar al que ir. Solía hospedarme en las suites Drury and Inn por negocios, pero después de mi estadía en este hotel, me complace decir que no te puedes equivocar con ninguno de los dos.

Tommy, Alle and Erika were the best ever. They went out of their way to be friendly and always had a smile on their face. Rooms were clean and quiet. I stayed only one night due to having surgery at Baptist health but I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and affordable place to stay. The pool and spa were in good shape and very clean. The bed was a little harder to sleep on than we prefer but other than that I have already made arrangements to stay next week due another procedure at the hospital.
When making reservations they went out of their way to get me on the bottom floor which was very important to my situation. Anytime I stay in the area this will be my go to place. I used to stay at the Drury suites and inn for business but after my stay at this hotel I am pleased to say you can't go wrong with either.
