From the moment we arrived here, until the minute we left we had everything we needed accommodated to. The front desk clerks were so friendly and BEYOND helpful. They gave us so many tips to getting around, best places to eat, how to save time and money. We were able to see as much as possible in our 4 day stay thanks to them. The bar service is excellent, drinks were on point and conversation was appreciated. The room was cleaned daily, anything extra we needed they would bring right up no problem. The location is perfect and in close proximity to quite a few geeat places. Overall we had a wonderful stay here and amazing trip! We will definitely be staying again next time we are in NYC! Thank you for the experience.

Have stayed here for the last 3 trips. It's a great location, easy walking distance to many attractions and theatres. Staff was really nice. Especially loved Michael at the front desk. He was very accommodating and helpful, and friendly. It was strange that the painting in our room was off level. Unable to adjust. Otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable.

Highly recommended!! If i could, i would live here!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect and clean! Our room had a fridge and coffee maker. Also the view of time square was beautiful! They really go beyond in this hotel. They had a nice bar, breakfast area and a coffee area.The price was very decent for the time we were there! They even gave us a late checkout which we always appreciate for more sleep! Thanks for the high quality stay!

There was a mix-up with my reservation, and the young man at the front desk was abrupt and not helpful, but the representative on the phone fixed it quickly. The lady who ultimately checked me in, and all subsequent front desk staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The location is great although be ready for a noisy night if you're on a lower floor (to be expected - you're right on Time Square). And thank goodness for blackout curtains! :) The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Bar service was quick and courteous.

It was our first time in NYC and we were planning to stay in jersey but got a great deal on this place and decided to go here instead. I'm so glad we didn't stay in jersey. The location of this place can't be beat. Its right in the heart of times square. Had everything we needed except for breakfast which was fine because there were places where you could eat all over the place ( I suggest Best Bagels and Coffee, its awesome). The hotel itself is really nice as well. We were five people and the room had pleanty of space and the two doors to the washroom is a nice touch as well. All in all great stay. We will be back.
