The room had a modern design along with the overall utility, yet there was something wrong with the shower cabin, so it wasn’t possible to close it properly.
The hotel staff were all incredibly kind, helpful and friendly ⭐️
The foods were by far one of the best I tried in an Anatolian hotel. They provided a wide range of amazing local Turkish foods

A pretty nice place to stay while visiting Cappadocia. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed; we were on the 5th floor and had a balcony (Room 502). Everything was clean and well taken care of. So why not 5 stars?
Well, where to begin? A number of minor annoyances, to be sure. First of all, we stayed there two nights. Each morning after breakfast, we'd head up to the 5th floor and down the loooong hallway to our room, only to find that our key card had been de-activated. So back down the hallway, and down the stairs (the elevators were too busy at that time of the morning). Then back up. One day? It would happen to anyone. Both days? Label that an annoyance. Also - the bar. Our first evening there my wife and I ambled down to the bar. There was no one else there other than the bartender - I placed my order (vodka, neat). He nodded in agreement, then went back to working on an order for I don't know how many - he wound up carrying two trays. It took him about 15 minutes to get back and pour my drink. I've worked service before - if you have a large order (for people in another room) but can handle one very quick pour before finishing the big one, you do it. Am I wrong?
Back to the pleasantries: if you get a chance, visit the hotel gardens in the morning. We were blessed to witness a few hummingbird moths feasting on nectar. Just a magical experience!

In theory, hotel tries to position itself at 5 star, in reality it is a straight 3 star. I have stayed in rooms at 1,5 and 4. Bathrooms and beds need maintenance, WI-FI is absolutely a big failure and drops all the time, not secure either. For someone staying at hotel for business needs, I recommend to bring a mobile modem, hotel’s Wi-Fi is a big joke! Other amenities such as breakfast, dinner, pool, complimentary items in the room, parking etc are satisfactory. Some folks complain about the food, believe me in USA 5 star hotel you get only mini croissant / bagel and a small cup of coffee, sometimes if you are lucky some cereal and a bland scrambled egg as a breakfast otherwise everything else is extra. Location is good, I give 4 instead of 3 because staff is great, both overnight and day personnel are professional, always available, ready to help and doing their best to accommodate the customers needs.

Passamos por lá... apenas para almoço.Muito bonito o lugar, assim como o hotel. Não dá para generalizar as refeições.A empresa de turismo contratada no Brasil, fechou um pacote de almoço para o grupo. O custo x benefício mais uma vez foi o diferencial, lamentavelmente.Os pratos feitos servidos não foram bons.

El hotel todo muy bien, la comida, el servicio todo bien, pero al tomar el servicio de Baño Turco y masaje la persona que lo dió sentí que se propaso tocando partes que no debía inclusive diciéndole que se detuviera, cambiaba de posición y volvía a hacerlo, muy desagradable experiencia, mujeres no lo tomen.

La cama es muy incómoda y la señal del wifi va bastante mal. Pedí una copia de la llave y el recepcionista me miró mal. Comida de la cena aceptable, pero nada destacable. El guia pidió servicio despertador para todo el grupo y a nosotras no nos llamaron ninguno de los dos días. No es un cinco estrellas. Podria ser un 3.

It is a decent 3 star hotel, however it declares 5. The meals are ok, the rooms furniture is old, small TV and a bit dirty. During the night there are multiple noises and cigarette smell from somewhere.

Open buffet in the hotelwas packed with visitors who were mostly without mask usingthe same serving utensils to attain food that were not shielded. People were less than 6 inches apart in the serving line. The food serving area is a perfect place for spreading COVID19. This setting contributed to the high rate of COVID19 in Turkey.

The twin beds are smaller than we’ve ever seen and they do not enforce mask wearing anywhere in the hotel. Many employees didn’t wear masks. 100’s of unmasked tourists are squeezed into the entry to the restaurant spreading COVID. They serve food buffet style with people coughing all over the food and touching it with their fingers. The manager was unresponsive. The noise in the hallways kept us up all night. The carpets were filthy. When you call room service, no one speaks English. Service is terrible. Obviously there no one in charge. We stayed in Turkey with Gate 1 for 2 weeks. We experienced none of these problems at any other hotel.

The air conditioning was great
The blanket on the bed was too heavy and warm. No sheets. The dining room was good and service was better than most hotels in Turkey. The smoke alarm in the room was beeping and I removed the battery. I left it with the front desk and ask them to replace it. When I return to the room they use the same batteries because they didn't have one. I left the card key to leave the power on as I left the hotel. Housekeep removed the card to enter the room.

A pesar de ser un hotel con buen servicio, grande, limpio y con amplias habitaciones su categoría de 5 estrellas no corresponde a la realidad. Es un hotel un tanto viejo y sin actualizaciones que le permitan calificarse así. La alberca es un área muy linda. el buffet de desayuno y cena es simplemente ordinario. Lo calificó así por no tener el servicio de PLANCHA ni en la habitación ni en recepción y porque Ni el personal de recepción habla otro IDIOMA mas que turco. Creo que si se denominaran 4 estrellas habría mas coherencia y recibirían mejor calificación.

Well decorated inside. Being in the room is like in the hell, because klima is half-broken. The fridge is broken too.Inside everything was melted. Even the bathtub was with defects. If you want to use it, you have to hold the the bathtub-closing part with your hand. Very poor breakfast and poorly organized. You have to fight for food with other people in the line. As a result nervous people in the line. The day starts with breakfast and after such a bad experience it is difficult to wait for a good day. The Hotel is STRONGLY NOT recommended.

Fica a pouco minutos da Vila de goreme. Hotel agradável com alguma variedade de comida no buffet. Piscina limpa com oferta de toalhas aberta até às 19:30. Os quartos precisam de uma renovação.
