É um dos hoteis que prefiro quando vou a NYC. Localização excelente, praticamente na Times Square, tudo que se precisa perto. Várias linhas de metrô, vários restaurantes legais que se pode ir a pé. O hotel é muito bom, atendimento excelente. A recepção é muito bonita, não fica no térreo do edifício, mas temos de usar uma escada rolante para se chegar lá. A vista de Times Square já prende a atenção. O bar é muito aconchegante, com cardápio variado, como também a carta de bebidas. Academia completa, com piscina. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, bem decorados. Aqueles com final 2 não são muito silenciosos, os elevadores de serviço passam na parede da cabeceira da cama, para quem tem sono leve pode ser um problema. Mas os outros que conheço são extremamente silenciosos. A equipe é muito bem treinada, da última vez que estive lá houve a chegada de uma tempestade de neve, que felizmente foi mais fraca do que prevista. O hotel apresentou uma estrutura muito bem organizada para que pudéssemos ficar hospedados e alimentados, logicamente as opções dos menus foram diminuídas, porém tudo funcionou muito bem, para que os hóspedes pudessem sentir segurança. Enfim, é um hotel excelente no coração do Midtown.

Hotel canceled my reservation without my permission and no response as to why. Now the hotel is fully booked and they won't even answer the phone to explain why they canceled on me.

I stayed at the hotel for two (2) nights. On Saturday morning, while I was sleeping, two (2) people tried to entered my room. I shouted to let them know that someone was inside the room. They did not stop and stayed outside my room for around seven (7) minutes playing with the door. I called the front desk and they apologized because by mistake they told another guest that my room was his room. I understood and didn't complain. The worker from the front desk called me back and offered me something for the inconvenience. He never explained me what. When I did check out I ask for this "something" and they never gave me anything.

I just received notification that my reservation was canceled due to the hotel not being open. I understand these are difficult times however I would expect some assistance in booking a comparable hotel or some sort of compensation so that I could book my own hotel. IHG has been zero help after more than 6 hours of phone calls, of course it is full elsewhere during my planned trip which is why I had originally booked months in advance. Don’t assume your status will help either, I am the highest IHG rewards member and still left out in the rain.

As many others, I haven’t recieved my refund. As I’ve heard the hotel is closed at the moment. I wasn’t able to contact through phone. At which social media page can I contact the hotel? The Facebook page was hard to find and it seems dead (last post from March 2020).
Edit 2021 october: the social media team has responded fast and they told me the hotel is still closed and funds are frozen. I raised my rating to 2 Star just for the social media team.

Don't stay here. I made a reservation pre-covid. The hotel shut down and a year and a half later I still can not get my refund despite being told I would receive one. Despicable business practices. It's theft. They are knowingly denying me my money.Notice that there are many posts like mine and yet there are no responses from management. Speaks volumes. Great job "Alex K." You obviously are reading these posts because you selectively respond to them.

I had reservations for halloween weekend and suddenly it was canceled by the hotel without notice, email or anything, I found out because I check my IHG app and the reservation wasn't there anymore, called customer service and after 1 hour wait they said nothing they cant do, now hotel are way more expensive, so unprofessional. Stay away from this place unless you want to waste your time !

Buen espectáculo de anunciós espectaculares. Van artistas callejeros o grupos de baile, sin embargo, hay mucha gente viciosa y hay mucho homeless, lo que lo convierte en un lugar poco seguro.

Mi estancia fue hace mucho, pero desde luego fue increíble! Buen servicio y atención, ubicación excelente que te hace disfrutar de NYC con solo bajar a la puerta, con restaurantes, fast foods, y distintas tiendas alrededor.10/10

El hotel debe mejorar varios aspectos, y cuidar las condiciones sanitarias, más allá de la Pandemia, no existe control de quienes entran o salen del hotel, los ascensores superaban en número adecuado de personas, las toallas las entregaban en la conserjería, sin las medidas higiénicas adecuadas....la experiencia no fue satisfactoria. Es un hotel residencial..... rarísimo.

Muito bem localizado, apenas alguns passos da escadaria da times Square e próximo aos teatros. Problema do hotel são as taxas cobradas que elevam bastante o preço da diária, porém está dentro do padrão de ny.
