The camp is located on a highland coffee plantation at an altitude of 1800 m, directly bordering Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area. Crater Forest is operated as a small scale eco-friendly camp with 15 tented rooms, set on platforms with magnificent views over the Ngorongoro Forest.
