Booked this hotel for one night for a concert we were attending in town. From booking to check out everything was great. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. When we woke up the next morning we noticed we had a completely flat tire. The front desk connected us to the hotel maintenance engineer who changed our tire for us!!! They went above and BEYOND to make sure we had an excellent experience and we were able to drive back to Ohio safely!! HIGHLY recommend this hotel and staff.

Courtyard Fishers is a well kept property located in a parking lot not far off the freeway. It doesn't sound great but it really kind of was. There are a ton of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the rooms are actually quite nice. The best thing about the hotel is the people. I had contacted the hotel in advance to try to arrange rooms for our party. I spoke with the GM, Michelle, and she couldn't have been nicer. She took care of everything for us when the ambassador team failed to be able to do so. The front desk was so sweet at check in and really made us feel welcome. Throughout our stay, we felt cared for and valued. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

Esta é de longe uma das melhores propriedades do Courtyard que já fiquei. A equipe da frente da casa é super simpática e muito atenciosa. Os quartos são bem decorados e você tem absolutamente tudo o que precisa. A propriedade está localizada em restaurantes incríveis e muitas coisas para fazer fora de Indianápolis.

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE! The AC is broken and we ask someone up to fix it and the front desk justreplied it’s the “fresh air coming out”. What kind of fresh air makes a such LOUD Noise and you guys don’t even bother to come up and check? What kind of service and attitude is that?

Esta es, de lejos, una de las mejores propiedades de Courtyard en las que me he alojado. El personal del frente de la casa es súper agradable y muy servicial. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y tienes absolutamente todo lo que necesitas. This is by far one of the best Courtyard properties I have stayed at. The front of the house staff is super nice and very accommodating. The rooms are well appointed and you have absolutely everything you need. The property is located to awesome restaurants and plenty of things to do right outside of Indianapolis.

Infelizmente, o material aqui não tem etiqueta de bom senso. Hoje, às 9h10, as coisas da limpeza apenas destrancou a sala e entrou muito rapidamente na sala sem bater, sem perguntar se havia alguém lá dentro, sem fazer referência ao sinal de “não perturbe” e sem assumir que alguém deveria estar lá se o horário de check-out estiver dentro 3 horas! Depois de informar o funcionário da recepção e pedir para receber uma ligação do gerente de limpeza, recebi imediatamente uma ligação desse funcionário da recepção com um pedido de desculpas extremamente seco e tom rude. Não o que eu pedi.Além disso, ocasionalmente eu ouvia sons de perfuração muito altos. Durante os primeiros 2 dias, eles começavam às 6 da manhã e duravam de 3 a 4 horas, destruindo completamente o sono (era sexta e sábado). E também no sábado à noite, houve 1 hora de som de perfuração sem parar mais alto do que antes (parecia que estava vindo das paredes ao redor da sala) que quase me fez enlouquecer.Se você valoriza privacidade e tranquilidade, evite este lugar!

Desafortunadamente, las cosas aquí carecen de etiqueta de sentido común. Hoy, a las 9:10 a. m., las cosas de limpieza simplemente abrieron la habitación y entraron rápidamente en la habitación sin llamar, sin preguntar si había alguien adentro, sin hacer referencia al letrero de "no molestar" y sin asumir que alguien debería estar allí si la hora de salida es en ¡3 horas! Después de avisarle al empleado de la recepción y pedir que me llamara el gerente de limpieza, inmediatamente recibí una llamada de ese empleado de la recepción con una disculpa extremadamente seca y un tono grosero. No es lo que pedí.Además, de vez en cuando escuchaba sonidos muy fuertes como de perforación. Durante los primeros 2 días, comenzaban a las 6 am y duraban de 3 a 4 horas, destruyendo completamente el sueño (era viernes y sábado). Y también el sábado por la noche, hubo 1 hora más fuerte que antes de un sonido de perforación sin parar (parecía que provenía de las paredes alrededor de la habitación) que casi me volvió loco.Si valoras la privacidad y la tranquilidad, ¡evita este lugar!

Unfortunately, the stuff here is lacking common sense etiquette. Today at 9:10am cleaning stuff just unlocked the room and very quickly entered the room without knocking, without asking if anybody was inside, without referencing “do not disturb” sign and without assuming that somebody should be there if the check out time is in 3 hours! After letting the front desk employee know that and asking to receive a call from the housekeeping manager, I immediately received a call from that front desk employee with an extremely dry apology and rude tone. Not what I asked for.Also, occasionally I would hear very loud drilling-like sounds. During the first 2 days they would start at 6 am and last on and off for 3-4 hours completely destroying the sleep (it was Friday and Saturday). And also on Saturday evening, there was 1 hour of louder than before non-stop drilling sound (seemed like it was coming from the walls around the room) that almost made me go crazy.If you value privacy and quietness, then avoid this place!

Great hotel choice - upscale but affordable. Every employee I dealt with was very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. I did not hear any noise from the hallway or neighbors. Bathroom products were quality. Water pressure was good. I agree with others, could have gotten hotter.
Overall great stay and will return!

Nós tivemos uma ótima estadia Nós amamos a estação de lanches e a equipe do bar foi ótimo! Todo mundo foi tão legal e você poderia dizer que eles gostam de estar lá. Concordo com o cara que disse que a luz do alarme de fumaça é muito brilhante e pisca constantemente. Super moderno e conveniente. Demorou muito para perceber que há um frigobar, micro-ondas e cafeteira na gaiola pela unidade de CA.

Tuvimos una gran estadía. ¡Nos encantó la estación de aperitivos y el personal del bar fue genial! Todos fueron muy amables y se notaba que disfrutaban estando allí. Estoy de acuerdo con el tipo que dijo que la luz del detector de humo es muy brillante y parpadea constantemente. Súper moderno y conveniente. Nos tomó demasiado tiempo darnos cuenta de que hay una mini nevera, microondas y cafetera en la conejera junto a la unidad de aire acondicionado.

We had a great stay. We loved the snack station and the bar staff was great! Everyone was so nice and you could tell they enjoy being there. I agree with the guy that said the smoke alarm light is very bright and blinks constantly. Super modern and convenient. Took us too long to realize there is a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the hutch by the AC unit.
