Instalaciones muy limpias solo el desayuno que ofrecen gratis lo dan en un lugar diferente al restaurante y no ay señalización ni información de eso

As senhoras da recepção muito simpáticas. Os senhores da segurança e do estacionamento super atenciosos e simpáticos, sempre dava uma gorjeta. Os que estão na porta e que carregam bagagem também são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. O restaurante como sempre super cheio. O serviço mais ou menos, logicamente, eles nunca têm garçonetes suficientes e são atribuídas muitas mesas e isso os faz negligenciar o atendimento ao cliente. Mas eles tentam fazer seu trabalho, mas se errarem com os pedidos. Ainda espero que melhorem, porque se eu voltar adoro café da manhã.

Las señoritas en la recepcion muy amables. Los señores de seguridad y estacionamiento super atentos y amables, siempre se los dio propina.Los de la puerta y que suben maletas tambien muy atentos y amables. El restaurant como siempre super lleno. El servicio mas o menos,logico nunca tienen suficiente meseras y pues les asiganan muchas mesas y eso hace que descuiden la atencion al cliente. Pero ellas tratan de hacer su trabajo pero si cometen errores con las ordenes. Igual espero que mejoren, por que si regresare me encanta los desayunos.

Fiquei de 12 a 14 de setembro de 2022, já faz mais de uma semana e eles não me mandam minhas contas de consumo e hospedagem e o argumento deles é que sempre não temos internet, eles estão consertando, ligue mais tarde, você precisa para ligar para enviar sua conta porque temos muitos e não sabemos quem são (para não anotar quem diabos os chama) A verdade é que as recepcionistas prestam um péssimo serviço, em outras áreas o serviço é muito legal, eu gosto do hotel, mas penso em voltar para esses detalhes NÃO

Me hospede del 12 al 14 de Septiembre 2022 , ha pasado más de una semana y no me envían mis facturas de consumo y hospedaje y su argumento siempre no tenemos internet, lo están reparando, llame más tarde, necesita llamara para enviarle su factura porque tenemos muchas y no sabemos de quiénes son ( entonces no anotan quien demonios les llama ) La verdad las recepcionistas dan pésimo servicio, en otras áreas el servicio es muy agradable, Me gusta el hotel pero pensar en volver por estos detalles NO

A arquitetura do prédio é bacana, não há luxo nos quartos mas para uma viagem de negócios é passável, infelizmente a região não é uma das melhores, fica na área de favelas e bares, mas é melhor do que outro me instalei na avenida da universidade, windham.

Preço super agradável e acessível (1.310 x 4 pessoas) e o restaurante um pouco caro, mas ainda acessível, recomendado, boa limpeza, banheiro bonito, boa vista, elevador, café da manhã grátis das 7h às 10h, ar condicionado, TV a cabo, bastante wifi rápido, água quente, secador de cabelo, sabonetes e creme, toalha e outros. 🤩

Super bonito y precio accesible (1,310 x 4 personas) y el restaurante un poco costoso pero aun asi accesible, recomendable, buena limpieza, baño hermoso, buena vista, elevador, desayuno gratis de 7 am a 10 am, aire acondicionado, tv con cable, wifi bastante rapido, agua caliente, secador de pelo, jabones y crema, toalla y demas. 🤩

Place is going downhill. Also if you get a room no guest allowed. Restaurant closes early due to Covid 19. Having a restaurant open 24/7 was the main appeal.

Nice restaurant in the ground floor of the Hotel. Coffee is always hot, and the breakfast is served up fresh. Service has room to improve, but orders come out of the kitchen quick.

This is overall a fairly nice hotel. It is located just across the street from the main bus station and is near a metro stop for convenient movement within our out of the city. Compared to other hotels that I checked, the prices are quite reasonable. The continental breakfast is the best that I've had in Mexico, which isn't saying much but at least serves comparative purposes. You can tell that it's an older hotel with there being a bit of a stale smell once you get past the lobby. Our room was well maintained and clean though, free of any signs of bed bugs. The heater/air conditioner was a bit strange though: the temperature was definitely in degrees Farenheit (it wouldn't let me set the temperature below 68° which would be blistering hot in centigrade) to set it but it often put out heat at a much higher temperature and heated the room much warmer than we set it. Staff was helpful and superficially friendly. Finding parking in front of the hotel can be challenging depending on the time of day/night as the majority of nearby parking sits empty blocked off reserved for taxis. For someone that does not bring a car and is looking for a convenient location to stay, I would recommend Hotel Fastos.

My husband stayed there last week.Decent motel but the Security no good here.My husband went in our truck with Texas plates and Mexican permit...Made him a target for theives..They broke into his truck using a KEY..IN BROAD DAYLIGHT..LAST WEEKEND..WHILE HE WAS TALKING TO A GUARD..THEY RIPPED OUT HIS DVD STEREO PLAYER FROM DASH AND STOLE TOOLS OUT OF DRIVERS DOOR. ALARM DIDNT GO OFF CAUSE GUY HAD A KEY..MY HUSBAND HAD TO BEG THEM TO LOOK AT THE CAMERA THAT WAS POINTED STRAIGHT AT OUR TRUCK TO SEE ..HOW THEY GOT IN TRUCK WITHOUT ALARM SOUNDING...THE GUARDS DIDNT CARE..TOLD HIM THEYD MAKE REPORT AND DIDNT AND HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM...MY HUSBAND CALLED THEM AND THEY MAKING IT SEEM LIKE THEY CAUGHT SOMEONE..BUT NOT FOR SURE..MIGHT JUST SAYING THAT TO LOOK LIKE THEY DOING SOMETHING..SO PLEASE WATCH YOUR VEHICLE...IF YOU MAKE TRIP OVER THERE..

I walked across the street from the bus terminal to visit the hotel. Without being able to speak a word of Spanish, I felt pessimistic that someone would be able to help me print a bus ticket. However, I was met by a friendly gentleman who speaks fluent English, and he happily printed off my ticket for free. Good will such as this is indicative of wonderful customer service, and was a pleasant departure from the impecunious bus terminal.
