Quarto era limpo, a equipe foi agradável eo hotel era bastante calmo. A desvantagem é que o lugar está mostrando sua idade e deve ter sido projetado antes de centros de negócios, academias e cafés da manhã de cortesia serem a norma. Sim, o hotel tem todos os três, mas apenas um pouco.

Ficamos ontem à noite depois de ir a um concerto e adorei o quarto desde o início quando entrei. Não sei se tivemos sorte ou o quê, mas era realmente limpo, e todos os comentários que dizem que estava mofado ou sujo não sei onde você ficou mas não foi aqui! Se voltarmos a Peoria sei onde ficarei novamente. Fica no mesmo estacionamento de um cassino e isso pode ser perigoso ou no nosso caso muito legal porque é um barco cassino então estamos na água, e pegar isso ao pôr do sol ou nascer do sol é 👌

Pessoal 5 estrelas! Atendente de café-da-manhã e recepcionistas foram cortês e profissional. Dito isto, como membro diamante e usuário frequente de Hampton/Hilton, o quarto não estava de acordo com o padrão. É porque o rio está perto? Eu não sei, o quarto definitivamente tinha um cheiro de mofo e a roupa de cama também. Na verdade, coloquei meu suéter sobre o travesseiro, cheirava muito mal. Vestígios de resíduo preto onde parede/teto se encontram. Iluminação fraca no quarto - embora as toalhas fossem limpas, elas também estavam meio úmidas. Não é grande coisa e provavelmente nada para o hotel fazer, mas para sua informação, os canais e o guia não combinam - muitas pessoas reclamam da torradeira no café da manhã. Primeira e última vez neste local.

Nos quedamos anoche después de ir a un concierto y me encantó la habitación desde el principio cuando entré. No sé si tuvimos suerte o qué, pero estaba muy limpia, y todas las críticas que dicen que estaba mohosa. o sucio no se donde te quedaste pero no fue aqui! Si volvemos a Peoria sé dónde me quedaré de nuevo. Está en el mismo estacionamiento que un casino y eso puede ser peligroso o, en nuestro caso, realmente genial porque es un casino en barco, así que estamos junto al agua, y atraparlo al atardecer o al amanecer es 👌

Personal 5 estrellas! El encargado del desayuno y los recepcionistas fueron corteses y profesionales. Room was clean, staff was pleasant and the hotel was fairly quiet. Tradeoff is the place is showing its age and must have been designed before business centers, gyms and complimentary breakfasts were the norm. Yes the hotel has all three but just barely.

Staff 5 star! Breakfast attendant and desk clerks were courteous and professional. That being said, as a diamond member and frequent user of Hampton/Hilton, the room was not up to standard. Is it because the river is close? I don’t know, the room definitely had a musty odor and the bedding also. Actually put my sweater over the pillow it smelled that bad. Traces of black residue where wall/ceiling meet. Dim lighting in room- although the towels were cleaned, they were kind of damp also. Not a big deal and probably nothing for the hotel to do, but FYI the channels and guide do not match up- A lot of people complaining about the toaster at breakfast. First and last time at this location.

We stayed last night after going to a concert and I loved the room from the very beginning as I walked in. I don't know if we just got lucky or what but it was really clean, and all the reviews that say it was musty or dirty I don't know where you stayed but it wasn't here! If we come back to Peoria I know where I will stay again. It's in the same parking lot as a casino and that can be dangerous or in our case really cool because it's a boat casino so we are by the water, and catching that at sunset or sunrise is 👌

O hotel estava em uma palavra...úmido. Além de ser datado e um "hotel cassino", o corredor e o quarto eram úmidos. Então chegamos ao quarto e o tapete está úmido. Não em um ponto... em todos os lugares. Além disso, o papel de parede apresentava sinais de exposição prolongada à umidade. Não tenho certeza do que está acontecendo aqui. Andamos o tempo todo em nossos escorregadores para não sentir o tapete. Disse a equipe e parecia que era o status quo para o hotel. El hotel estaba en una palabra... húmedo. Además de estar anticuado y ser un "hotel casino", el pasillo y la habitación estaban húmedos. Luego llegamos a la habitación y la alfombra está húmeda. No en un solo lugar... en todas partes. Además, el papel pintado mostraba signos de haber estado expuesto a la humedad durante un tiempo prolongado. No estoy seguro de lo que está pasando aquí. Caminamos en nuestros toboganes todo el tiempo para no sentir la alfombra. Le dije al personal y parecía que ese era el status quo del hotel. Era el final de un largo día de viaje o nos habríamos ido a otro lugar.

The hotel was in a word...moist. In addition to being dated and a "casino hotel", the hallway and room were humid. Then we get to the room and the carpet is damp. Not in one spot...everywhere. In addition, the wallpaper showed signs of being exposed to prolonged moisture. Not sure what's going on here. We walked around in our slides the whole time as to not feel the carpet. Told the staff and it seemed like that was the status quo for the hotel. It was the end of a long day of travel or we would have gone somewhere else.

Se eu pudesse apenas avaliar a equipe, eu daria a eles um 5/5 porque eles foram simpáticos e prestativos. Por outro lado, a sala e a atmosfera são 2/5. Primeiro, o quarto tinha um ar condicionado muito barulhento e as paredes eram muito finas. Em segundo lugar, a atmosfera era ruim por causa dos outros hóspedes. Entendo que o hotel não pode controlar quem fica no hotel, mas acho que com regras e regulamentos mais tranquilos, teríamos uma estadia melhor. Havia crianças correndo na rua e no estacionamento sem vigilância e as crianças corriam pelos corredores gritando. Meu marido e eu fizemos o check-out um dia antes e recebemos um reembolso pelo resto da estadia. Há muitos outros hotéis para ficar na área, escolha sabiamente.

Si pudiera calificar al personal, les daría un 5/5 porque fueron amables y serviciales. Por otro lado, la habitación y el ambiente es un 2/5. Primero, la habitación tenía un aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y las paredes eran muy finas. En segundo lugar, el ambiente era malo debido a los otros invitados. Entiendo que el hotel no puede controlar quién se queda en el hotel, pero creo que con reglas y regulaciones más tranquilas, hubiéramos tenido una mejor estadía. If I could just rate the staff, I would give them a 5/5 because they were friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the room and atmosphere is a 2/5. First, the room had a very noisy air conditioner and the walls were very thin. Secondly, the atmosphere was bad because of the other guests. I understand that the hotel cannot control who stays at the hotel, but I think with more quiet rules and regulations, we would’ve had a better stay. There were children running in the street and parking lot unattended and children would run up and down the halls screaming. My husband and I checked out a day early and got a refund for the rest of the stay. There are plenty of other hotels to stay in the area, choose wisely.

Ótima estadia enquanto estiver na cidade a negócios. Ótima comida perto de comprar. Casino ao lado, se é isso que você gosta. Quarto limpo com frigobar. Piscina agradável com uma pequena sala de fitness agradável. O café da manhã complementar se muito bom com vários itens para escolher. Muito bom lugar geral para ficar. A equipe é incrível. Estará de volta na área de East Peoria muitas vezes no futuro. Eu definitivamente recomendo e ficarei aqui novamente.

Ótima localização e uma opção limpa e segura para ficar. Bem conservado em geral, mas o assento do vaso sanitário solto e a haste do chuveiro solta são meus peaves de estimação ao viajar. A estrutura da cama também fazia bastante barulho. O café da manhã era bom. O lote estava bem iluminado. Eles têm um serviço de transporte que o leva de e para o casino que é uma funcionalidade muito agradável.

Excelente ubicación y una opción limpia y segura para quedarse. Bien mantenido en general, pero el asiento del inodoro suelto y la barra de la ducha suelta son mis favoritos cuando viajo. El armazón de la cama también hacía bastante ruido. El desayuno era bueno. Lot estaba bien iluminado. Tienen un servicio de transporte que te lleva hacia y desde el casino, lo cual es una característica muy agradable.

Gran estancia en la ciudad por negocios. Buena comida cerca de comprar. Casino al lado si eso es lo tuyo. Habitación limpia con mini nevera. Bonita piscina con un bonito y pequeño gimnasio. El desayuno complementario si es muy agradable con varios artículos para elegir. Muy buen lugar en general para quedarse. El personal es increíble. Volveremos a la zona de East Peoria muchas veces en el futuro. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

Great location and a clean, safe option to stay. Well maintained overall but the loose toilet seat and loose shower rod are pet peaves of mine when traveling. Bed frame made quite a bit of noise too. Breakfast was good. Lot was well lit. They have a shuttle that takes you to and from the casino which is a very nice feature.

Great stay while in town for business. Great food near buy. Casino next door if that's your thing. Clean room with mini fridge. Nice pool with a nice small fitness room. The complementary breakfast if very nice with several items to choose from. Very nice overall place to stay. Staff is awesome. Will be back in the East Peoria area many times in the future. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again.
