My first time hosting a corporate holiday party at Hotel Commonwealth and I was absolutely blown away by how fantastic it was. Throughout the planning process, the events and catering manager worked hard to make my vision for the night a reality. The food was EXCELLENT and the A/V assistance was so helpful. The staff and bartender were also courteous and attentive. I highly recommend Hotel Commonwealth for your next corporate party. I will definitely be keeping HC in mind for any future corporate events. Good hotel located at a great place. Noteworthy to mention that their restaurant is currently being remodeled and will open next autumn, so breakfast is only available via room service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was good and spacious but nothing extraordinary. Uber finds the location extremely easy to find, and you have a lot of good places to eat around it. Lindo, elegante, gentil e numa das áreas mais lindas da cidade. Um toque Fashionista na senhora Boston. A decoração remete aos anos 60. Moderno, minimalista, mas cheio de afeto com os fas do Red Sox. Bem localizado, permite você fazer agradáveis caminhas pela Commo e ruas segundarias. Ao lado da estação de metrô, e com o Fenway Park a 300 m. Colaboradores prestativos e gentis. Vale cada centavo.

We were warmly greeted by our concierge Nicholas. His warmth, humor and kindness are unmatched by any in his position. Such a nice way to enter a hotel. Our rooms were great, we even spent a night in a rock and roll room that is famous. Could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend. Atmosphere and staff are second to none. If I were a baseball fanatic, would have been perfect. For me, the lighted billboards and highway noise dimmed the experience. The site was exceptional for college trip, great food (half a block from best Indian food in Boston, and so much more), parks, and walking! But didn't sleep well... Service and amenities were NON EXISTING.No bar service. No restaurant on site.No morning snacks coffee, fruit etc.Rooms did not have coffee makers, microwave.Bathroom shampoo etc we not replenished daily. The biggest disappointment was there wasn't a wowfactor.Beautifulrooms are all u get .We wouldn't recommend this Hotel to anyone

We booked a room with two queen beds. When we get there, they tell us that they overbooked and only had a room with one king bed and a pull out couch. We booked months in advance and somehow they didn’t have the room we booked. Then they tried to play it off as a “free upgrade” even though it seems as more of a lateral swap than an upgrade. They then tell us they “waived the amenity fee” for not having the room ready. That would be nice if the rooftop was actually open to more than just private bookings… At least it was walking distance to Fenway, but definitely not a 4 star stay that’s for sure. Probably would’ve been a little less harsh of a critic if the staff were not acting as if they were doing us a favor.

Clean spacious rooms. Nice comfortable beds. Water pressure in the shower is amazing which is a great plus after a long hard day at work. The friendly staff here is top notch. And conveniently located across the street is Cornwalls, a great British pub with great reasonably priced food and a couple pool tables.

Nossa estadía foi espetacular. O atendimento é espetacular assim como a limpeza dos quartos. O hotel conta com um restaurante e 2 bares, localizado ao lado da estação do metrô, o que facilita o deslocamento na cidade. Perto do Fenway park, onde tem vários sport bars.

Terrible hotel. The valet staff were extremely rude and have no respect for anyone or even the bike lane they just stand in. I just saw two cyclists get run into while in their own lane. All the brute valet drivers had to say was “brick wall buddy”. A terrible sight to see. All the other Hispanic and black valets actually worried about the cyclists that has just gotten hit but the only large sized white male, the one who ran into both of the cyclists, didn’t offer any help or bothered on checking on the people he had just hit when he was the one in their lane. If they hire people like that I can only imagine what disrespect they have for anyone that stays there. They just want your money and don’t care about others. Terrible business.

Hotel limpo, confortável e agradável. Grande sala limpa. Localização muito boa. Com uma estação de metrô logo abaixo do hotel, você pode chegar rapidamente ao centro de Boston. Pessoal muito útil e educado. Eu observaria especialmente o trabalho do gerente assistente de front office, Christopher. Nos foi dado o último andar, conforme solicitado. Após o check-in, Christopher perguntou se nós gostamos do quarto, eu disse que me parecia um pouco barulhento do andar técnico, então ele se ofereceu para olhar os outros quartos e escolher qual deles gostaria. Durante sua estada, Christopher, quando nos conhecemos, quando passamos pela recepção, sempre perguntava se estávamos bem. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a atitude tão atenciosa. Este foi o melhor hotel durante nossa viagem aos EUA em outubro de 2019

Nossa estada começou com Syndy e Nick ajudando a executar 13 salas para o retiro de nossa empresa. A equipe foi incrível e garantiu que todos recebessem sua carta de boas-vindas e me ajudaram a fazer com que todos entrassem com tanta facilidade. Eddy nosso carregador foi tão legal e levou seu tempo para carregar e descarregar todas as nossas bagagens e mantê-lo seguro no andar de baixo.Os quartos estavam em temperatura perfeita e não há realmente uma vista ruim do hotel.Ótima estadia!

Little disappointed.No decent restaurants open. Ventilation in bathroom was lacking. 'Continental breakfast' was just a coffee bar. Coffee was good and the people were nice but for $300+ I expected something better.

Our stay started with Syndy and Nick helping execute 13 rooms for our company retreat. The staff was amazing and made sure everyone got their welcome letter and helped me get everyone in with so much easy. Eddy our bellman was so nice and took his time loading and unloading all of our luggage and keeping it safe downstairs.
The rooms are were at perfect temperature and there isn’t really a bad view from the hotel.

Great stay! Location was perfect for us to catch a Red Sox game. Literally less than a 5 minute walk. A few restaurants & bars nearby. The bed was one of the comfiest beds we’ve ever stayed on at a hotel. Staff was really nice and accommodating. Definitely would return!
