Combe Grove Hotel

Three miles from the centre of historic Bath, Combe Grove is a Grade II-listed manor house that stands in 76 acres of rolling woodland, within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The hotel enjoys outstanding views over the Limpley Stoke valley, out towards the Westbury White Horse, as well as a range of excellent health, fitness, and leisure facilities. The tranquil woodland setting gives guests the opportunity to combine a peaceful break in the countryside, with a city break to Bath. There is ample free parking on site, so guests may leave their cars behind and take a short open top bus ride from the top of the drive to explore the city. At Combe Grove you will find space to breathe, relax, and unwind, with nine spacious, stylish rooms in the Manor House, or choose one of our 31 comfortable and contemporary rooms in the separate Garden Lodge, just a short walk down the drive. Whilst here you can take advantage of the hilltop fresh air and sleep with the windows open so that you can listen to birdsong. Guests can choose to play tennis, practice their swing on the driving range or join in a range of dynamic fitness classes including Les Mills' BODYPUMP and BODYATTACK, Spin on our new Life Fitness IC5 bikes, or you may choose a more relaxing yoga or Pilates session in the studio. One-to-one sessions are available with personal trainers and yoga teachers too, just get in touch in advance of your stay to book. Why not follow a class with a leisurely swim in our Nordic-inspired indoor swimming pool, or even a dip in the heated outdoor swimming pool during summer. Enjoy use of the sauna, steam room, and our gym too. Therapy appointments are available to have from the comfort of your hotel room when you stay in the Manor House or a Garden Balcony.
