Extremamente educada e atenciosa, nossa sala de família foi o maior de todos os Premier Inns que se hospedaram. Nós apreciamos um buffet de café-da-manhã no Brewers Fayre ao lado do hotel. A localização é excelente para as dunas de areia, passeios de barco lago, galerias e lojas de presentes, peixe com batatas fritas e sorvete. A praia estava lindamente limpa com areia dourada e algumas conchas. O mar sai muito longe!

Nossa entrada foi ligeiramente atrasada enquanto o gerente atendia uma parte que queria ficar além do limite de 2 horas e sente-se como um grupo de 8. Sua paciência foi admirável e muito além de qualquer um de nós na fila, que teria usado uma linguagem muito mais direta para expulsar este grupo. Brewers Fayre meals are what they are: honest, good value food and no different on this occasion. Staff also knowledgeable around food allergies and meals prepared accordingly. What stood out on this visit was the attention to, and implementation of, restrictions in line with government guidance to combat the spread of Covid 19. Our entry was delayed slightly while the manager dealt with a party who wanted to stay beyond the 2 hour limit and sit as a group of 8. His patience was admirable and far beyond any of us in the queue who would have used far more direct language to oust this group. Very impressed with this and all the staff .. 👍

Generally nice, staff are friendly, but some of the small beds for families could do with renewal. The bed i slept on you could clearly see a dip and feel the springs. Kept rolling off the bed at night 😂

We stayed hear to visit some family, service was excellent and very tidy and clean rooms. The bath was spacious so it could fit a grown man. Bed was super comfortable had a good night sleep, thanks premier inn😊

Really clean and in good condition. The room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The bath was big enough for me which was a nice surprise as hotel baths are often very small. The shower was also excellent with very hot water and amazing pressure. The room ha air con which was great after a very hot day. The TV was good - prefect for cbeebies / pop for the kids and there is also an extension for the inputs so you don't have to reach to the back of the TV if you want to hook up your own gear (switch, laptop etc.)
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially given the current pandemic and I was allowed to park in the car park from 11 am even though check in wasn't until 2 pm.
The breakfast was good although the service has had to be changed to meet current advice.
This is a great place to have one or two nights at the seaside if you're looking for a shorter break. The location is good and you can walk to the promenade or get the road train.
I would definitely stay here again.

Boa experiência no Kingsway Hotel. Enquanto o estilo que eles foram para não é bem a minha chávena de chá é um estilo que eles foram para em vez de realmente ser datado (os móveis nas áreas comuns parecia bastante novo em vez de idade). A equipe foi excelente eo quarto era um tamanho decente. Nós não tivemos o café da manhã, mas outros no nosso grupo fez, recomendaria ir mais cedo como a comida posterior didnt visto como fresco. Vistas da frente são surpreendentes (menos a parte de trás).

Buena experiencia en el Hotel Kingsway. Si bien el estilo por el que han optado no es exactamente mi taza de té, es un estilo por el que han optado en lugar de estar fechados (los muebles en las zonas comunes parecían bastante nuevos en lugar de viejos). El personal era genial y la habitación era de un tamaño decente. No teníamos el desayuno, pero otros en nuestro grupo lo hicieron, recomendaría ir antes, ya que la comida posterior no se veía tan fresca. Las vistas desde el frente son increíbles (menos la parte trasera).

Good experience at the Kingsway Hotel. While the style they've gone for isn't quite my cup of tea it is a style they've gone for rather than actually being dated (the furnishings in the communal areas looked pretty new rather than old). Staff were great and the room was a decent size. We didn't have the breakfast but others in our group did, would recommend going earlier as the later food didnt seen as fresh. Views from the front are amazing (less so the back).

Disfrutamos de un desayuno buffet en el Brewers Fayre al lado del hotel. La ubicación es ideal para las dunas de arena, el lago navegable, las salas de juego y las tiendas de regalos, el pescado y las papas fritas y el helado. La playa estaba muy limpia con arena dorada y algunas conchas. ¡El mar sale muy lejos!

Extremely polite and helpful staff, our family room was the largest out of all of the Premier Inns we have stayed. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast in the Brewers Fayre next to the hotel. The location is great for the sand dunes, boating lake, arcades and gift shops, fish n chips and ice cream.The beach was beautifully clean with golden sand and a few shells.The sea goes out a very long way!
