Not a great deal of breakfast options. My room did not have a double bed - it had two single beds pushed together and the duvets were two single ones laid on the bed in a way that when I covered up my legs got uncovered. At least should have put a double bed sheet not single. My room was not cleaned from one day to the other. Location was perfect as it was close to everything I needed.

- The heaters in bathrooms were not working initially. Maintenance staff is available only on select days and that too in the morning. So if there is a maintenance issue on Saturday night, you will have to wait till Monday morning.
- Breakfast is repetitive and very less variety compared to other hotels. Even the taste of many items need improvement.
- They cannot provide water bottle on demand which is surprising considering the location of hotel in a busy area. Very unprofessional approach.
- Staff is good and courteous but they should have more English speaking staff to attend foreign tourists.
- Dustbins should be cleared daily.
- Only one tv channel is aired - BBC English.
- AC in the rooms was irregular and it used to get very hot in the morning in spite of keeping the cooling at 22 or 20 degrees.
- Location is very good since it is close to market and Wenceslas Square.

I would really recommend this hotel. It's location is appropriate from the metro and tram stations. The rooms are modern and equipped. What won me over was the front desk staff, they were so friendly and helpful. Before I could even ask, I had all the info a tourist can possibly get about Prague. Breakfast was average but can't complain. Overall a great stay!
