Embora não haja pessoal nos fins de semana todo o check-in é tão suave. As instruções para coletar a chave são enviadas por e-mail para você, há um conjunto detalhado de instruções no envelope de boas-vindas. Os quartos são limpos e impecáveis, a cozinha é bem equipada, saquetas de café, açúcar são bem abastecido. Os banheiros são limpos e têm toalhas limpas. Eu recomendaria City Residence para uma estadia confortável!

Local limpo e funcional. Alugou um pequeno apartamento por 2 noites. Tudo que eu precisava era entrar. Não é de luxo, mas é bom ficar. Quase não há lugar para comer. Um pequeno trailer que vendia comida pronta de panini e macarrão caseiro para salada e até tiramissu ficava à noite, em frente à casa. Isso me salvou. De manhã, embora haja um bom café (não no Google Maps) e uma pequena pizzaria do outro lado da rua.

Lugar limpio y funcional. Alquilamos un pequeño apartamento por 2 noches. Todo lo que necesitaba estaba adentro. No era lujoso, pero era bueno quedarse. Casi no hay lugar alrededor para comer. Un pequeño remolque que vendía comida preparada de panini y pasta casera para ensalada e incluso tiramisú estaba en la noche justo en frente de la casa. Me salvó Por la mañana, aunque hay una bonita cafetería (no en los mapas de Google) y una pequeña pizzería al otro lado de la calle.

Clean, functional place. Rented a small apartment for 2 nights. All I needed was in. Not a luxury one, but good to stay. There are almost no place around to eat. A small trailer selling ready made food from panini and home made pasta to salad and even tiramissu was in the evening just in front of the house. It saved me. In the morning although there is a nice cafe (not in Google maps) and small pizza place across the street.

A pesar de que no hay personal los fines de semana todo el registro de entrada es tan suave. Las instrucciones para recoger la llave son enviadas por correo electrónico, hay un conjunto detallado de instrucciones en el sobre de bienvenida. Las habitaciones son limpias y sin mancha, la cocina está bien equipada, bolsitas de café, azúcar están bien equipados. Los baños están limpios y tienen toallas limpias. ¡Recomendaría City Residence para una estancia cómoda!

Even though there is no staff on weekends the whole check-in is so smooth. The instructions to collect the key are emailed to you, there is a detailed set of instructions in the welcome envelope. The rooms are clean and spotless, the kitchen is well equipped, sachets of coffee, sugar are well stocked. The washrooms are clean and have clean towels. I would recommend City Residence for a comfortable stay!

I personally liked this place. Esp, for the amenities presented by the residence. I lived in an En Suite' Room which had an attached bath, kitchen, TV facilities, sufficient drawer and wardrobe space. Very near to Polytec Nantes campus, literally walking distance. Best place to live for people coming for a conference, but its quite far from the city center (would require you to catch a C6 bus to the city center) and it would cost you over 40 euro to get a cab to the Nantes Atlantique Airport. Really good room services, the reception does not bother you with calls and stuffs. Its basically like a rented room, to be precise.

25 minutes wait to get the keys, almost no toilet paper, smelly bed sheets and pillows, broken shower head. The place has a lot of potential though, the studio has everything you need despite those problems. The staff is friendly
