Chumphon Cabana Resort & Diving Center

This resort offers its customers only the most beautiful and peaceful white sandy beaches. It is located at Thung Wua Laen beach, on the coastline of Chumphon, Thailand. The air-conditioned hotel has a total of 133 rooms and features currency exchange facilities, a bar, restaurant and WLAN Internet access, plus a convention hall with full audio and visual seminar equipment. A laundry service is also available. Some transport services are offered including a shuttle bus service, air tickets for Bangkok-Chumphon-Phuket (Air Andaman) and boat tickets to Koh Tao. The hotel features 55 environmentally friendly standard rooms in 3 low-rise buildings and 18 superior bungalows. Individual air conditioning, a telephone and international call service, a refrigerator with minibar, local and satellite TV, and a tea and coffee maker are on offer. In addition, a hairdryer and a private bathroom with a shower are provided. The resort has a 30-metre-long swimming pool with a children's pool, a tour desk (for sightseeing, daily scuba diving and snorkelling tours with dive leader, white water rafting, fruit valley rafting, firefly tour and BBQ squid trapping tour). It also has a diving school, diving centre, and Thai and oil massages. The hotel features a sea view restaurant and a lobby bar. From Bangkok guests can reach the resort by car: use highway no.4, or highway no.35 (Thon Buri - Pak Tho) and join highway no.4, pass Petchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, to Chumphon junction, then turn left along highway 4001 for 8 km to town. From Hua Hin, guests can take the train. Advance bookings can be made at Hua Hin train station. Then guests can get a Tuk Tuk from around the station to the resort, which takes about 20 minutes.
