Très mauvaise attitude d'une personne de l'agence qui adopte un ton condescendant sans aucune aptitude relationnelle contrairement à des collaborateurs plus juniors qui semblent pourtant maîtriser cet aspect de la relation clientèle qui est fondamental dans cette activité. Agence à éviter si vous voulez éviter d'être maltraités.

The location of the appartment was quite good in what regards the cableway access to the sky tracks and the night events. In what regards access to grocery stores, medical support and other day-to-day routines, its a little bit far from a walking perspetive. Driving around this town is difficult, specially in parking at our venues. The private parking lot is an added value at this location. The appartment was cosy but it wasn't clean at our arrival and lacked cleaning products. The heating system was ectic. No microwave. Only an old electric hob cooker was available but the exhaust fan was broken. The kitchenet became a sauna at every single pasta dinner. The big bed (couple) was topped with two small duvets, side by side. The view was great though.

Personnel pas du tout accueillant, viennent dans l’appartement sans notre présence ni avis, prix excessif, je ne recommande pas du tout cette agence.

Scandaleux ! Prix excessif pour chalet à la saison relativement miteux ! Problème électrique, mauvaise isolation, froid, mobilier vieux et usé et relation client nul ! Fuyez une horreur !
