O hotel está bem localizado, perto da Place d'Armes, oferece quartos com o essencial, mas nada mais. As camas são confortáveis, mas há apenas um pequeno guarda-roupa e poucos lugares para guardar coisas ou roupas. Se você for durante a estação chuvosa, faz muito frio, especialmente à noite, eles fornecem um aquecedor, mas às vezes não é suficiente e o banheiro está congelando com correntes de ar de todos os lugares. O almoço é simples, estilo continental, você terá tudo o que precisa. O serviço e a recepção são excelentes e são muito confortáveis. Além disso, eles têm nos cofres do lobby, além de um local para deixar suas malas após o check-out e enquanto esperam para sair definitivamente para o seu próximo destino.

O hotel é central em Cusco, no entanto, é muito próximo aos bares, portanto, à noite há muito barulho. O quarto é bom, a cama é ótima, o banheiro é o mesmo. Mas o café da manhã era muito ruim, o dia em que ficamos nem sequer nos ofereceu ovos, e não havia frutas, quando nas fotos você pode ver que haveria frutas no café da manhã.

O quarto estava bem. Mas na partida, fomos cobrados uma sobretaxa de 10% para pagar com um visto ... sem nos notificar quando entramos ... Eu acho que sobretaxa parece muito caro, nenhum banco, portanto, cobra uma transferência de visto, e não é correto não dizer isso antes.

El hotel es central en Cusco, sin embargo, queda muy cerca de los bares, por ello en la noche hay mucho ruido. La habitación esta bien, la cama bien, el baño igual. Pero el desayuno si estuvo muy mal, el día en que nos hospedamos ni siquiera nos ofrecieron huevos, y no habían frutas, cuando en las fotos se puede ver que en el desayuno habrían frutas.

La habitación estaba bien. Pero a la salida nos cobraron un recargo del 10% por pagar con visa... sin avisarnos cuando ingresamos... me parece demasiado caro ese recargo, ningun banco cobra así por una transferencia con visa, y no es correcto no decirlo antes.

This place is dated. It is clean, but bathroom has a funny smell and the rooms are not comfortable. We asked for a room with a king size bed and got a room with four twin beds, with a window to the street and you can hear the people screaming from the neighborhood. It is hard to fall asleep when you have people screaming. I expect a lot more since the travel agency said it was a 3 stars. I guess we should've done more research. I have little kids and they are scared from the street noice. On top of that it is super cold and the portable heaters are not enough. I wouldn't recommend this place.
