Hotel familiar (para evitar sem crianças) com serviços decentes, no entanto não é um hotel de 5 estrelas, mas sim um hotel de 4 estrelas para famílias (Club Med de baixo custo).Várias observações durante a nossa semana: - ginásio em reforma e muito mal equipado (4 halteres ao todo) - Serviço correto, mas muitas vezes extremamente lento apesar de vários lembretes, para pedidos simples: 2h30 para obter toalhas nos quartos (experiência vivida 3 vezes em 1 semana...) - Os quartos merecem uma renovação. O hotel está fechado de novembro a abril, mas é possível fazer algumas pinturas. - O equipamento merece uma melhor manutenção: quarto inundado após nosso único uso da banheira. Nota: o hotel ofereceu-nos um voucher de 100 euros por este inconveniente.Sobre a comida: - o café da manhã é satisfatório, considerando os 153 quartos do estabelecimento, é difícil fazer muito melhor. - As outras refeições devem ser evitadas. Fomos convidados para o buffet, o preço normalmente aplicado de 45 euros por pessoa por refeição é muito caro para um buffet pouco melhor do que uma cantina da empresa. Isso considerando que os restaurantes a menos de 10 minutos de carro são duas vezes mais baratos e incomparáveis em qualidade (os 2 melhores: Marida e Stamatis)Em suma, nem tudo é para jogar fora mas não vá lá se for um casal sem filhos (tudo está organizado para famílias: piscina, praia) ou se está habituado a hotéis de 5 estrelas (as tarifas propostas são excessivas para o que se propõe). Por fim, um vento contínuo e muito forte dificulta o relaxamento na praia.Principalmente clientes franceses, mas espero que isso possa ajudar outros viajantes

Parece um resort exclusivo para quem busca privacidade e relaxamento, que também atende famílias. Ao contrário dos habituais hotéis de 5 estrelas, a sua atenção centra-se em proporcionar um ambiente tranquilo com as instalações inseridas na envolvente natural. Há o que parecem ser ruínas antigas no local, enquanto você caminha da recepção até a piscina principal.

Propriedade, praia, localização, buffet e restaurantes são todos 5 estrelas. Os quartos já foram bonitos, mas agora estão desatualizados e precisam de uma reforma muito necessária. Os banheiros são datados e têm apenas uma única pia em um quarto de tamanho familiar para 5 pessoas. A mobília não está no nível de um quarto de US$ 800 por noite. O serviço é medíocre e lento. Check-in levou 45 minutos a partir do momento em que chegamos aqui até o momento em que eles nos mostraram o nosso quarto.O cenário em que os quartos estão situados é lindo. Infelizmente, os quartos não estão à altura dos meus padrões.

Se siente como un resort exclusivo para aquellos que buscan privacidad y relajación, que también atiende a familias. A diferencia de los hoteles de 5 estrellas habituales, su atención se centra en proporcionar un ambiente tranquilo con las instalaciones enclavadas en el entorno natural. Hay lo que parecen ser ruinas antiguas en el sitio, a medida que avanza desde la recepción hasta la piscina principal.

Property,beach, location, buffet and restaurants are all 5 star. Rooms were once beautiful but are now outdated and in need of much needed renovation.Bathrooms are dated and only have a single sink in a family sized room for 5.Furniture is not on the level of an $800 per night room. Service is mediocre and slow.Check in took 45 minutes from the time we got here till the time they showed us to our room.The setting in which the Rooms are situated is beautiful.Unfortunately the rooms are not up to my standards.

Feels like an exclusive resort for those who seek privacy and relaxation, which also caters for families. Unlike the usual 5 star hotels, its attention is focused on providing a tranquil environment with the facilities nestled amongst the natural surroundings. There are what appears to be ancient ruins on the site, as you make your way from the reception to the main swimming pool.

Family hotel (to avoid without children) with decent services, nevertheless not a 5 star hotel, rather a 4 star hotel for families (low cost Club Med).
Several observations during our week:
- gym under renovation and very poorly equipped (4 dumbbells in all)
- Correct service but often extremely slow despite several reminders, for simple requests: 2h30 to get towels in the rooms (experience lived 3 times in 1 week...)
- The rooms deserve a freshening up. The hotel is closed from November to April, but it is possible to do some painting.
- The equipment deserves to be better maintained: room flooded following our only use of the bathtub. Note: the hotel offered us a 100 EUR voucher for this inconvenience.
About the food:
- the breakfast is satisfactory, considering the 153 rooms of the establishment, it is difficult to do much better.
- The other meals are to be avoided. We were invited to the buffet, the price normally applied of 45 EUR per person per meal is overpriced for a buffet barely better than a company canteen. This considering that the restaurants within 10 min by car are twice as cheap and incomparable in quality (the 2 best: Marida and Stamatis)
All in all, not everything is to throw away but do not go there if you are a couple without children (everything is organized for families: swimming pool, beach) or if you are used to 5 star hotels (the proposed rates are excessive for what is proposed). Finally, a continuous and very strong wind makes it difficult to relax on the beach.

hospedado aqui para um relaxante 8 dias. Os quartos são muito reconfortantes. Há muitos lugares para passar o tempo, como piscinas, academia, spa etc. A comida do hotel é muito boa e há outros restaurantes na região com uma culinária incrível também. O buffet de café da manhã é incrível com muitas opções deliciosas. Os funcionários são muito gentis e amigáveis. Iria aqui novamente!

Ótimo lugar para um descanso de férias. Ficamos aqui por mais de 8 dias e tivemos um grande momento.Os quartos estão um pouco desatualizados e precisam de alguns reparos, mas no geral são confortáveis. As outras instalações são o que você espera de um resort de 5 estrelas. O ginásio estava em construção embora.O melhor é o serviço. Atendimento ao cliente incrível por toda parte. Muitos membros da equipe em todos os lugares e sempre prontos para ajudar.Rodeado por restaurantes locais que oferecem a verdadeira cozinha grega.

Gran lugar para un descanso de vacaciones. Nos alojamos aquí por más de 8 días y lo pasamos muy bien.Las habitaciones están un poco anticuadas y necesitan algunas reparaciones, pero en general son cómodas. Las otras instalaciones son lo que esperas de un resort de 5 estrellas. Sin embargo, el gimnasio estaba en construcción.Lo mejor es el servicio. Increíble servicio al cliente en todo. Muchos miembros del personal en todas partes y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.Rodeado de restaurantes locales que ofrecen auténtica cocina griega.

Stayed here for a relaxing 8 days. The rooms are very comforting. There are many places to spend time such as swimming pools, gym, spa etc. The hotel food is very good and there are other restaurants in the area with amazing cuisine as well. The breakfast buffet is amazing with many delicious options. The staff are very kind and friendly. Would go here again!

Great place for a holiday rest. We stayed here for over 8 days and we had a great time.
Rooms are a bit outdated and need some repair work but overall they are comfortable.
The other facilities are what you expect from a 5 starts resort. The gym was under construction though.
The best is the service. Amazing customer service all over. Many staff members everywhere and always ready to help.
Surrounded by local restaurants that offer real Greek cuisine.

Ficamos aqui por 3 noites no quarto familiar com vista para a montanha. Bom: O serviço e a equipe do hotel são impecáveis. As instalações do hotel são perfeitas. As áreas da piscina e da praia são muito confortáveis, tranquilas e privadas. A comida servida no café da manhã é muito boa e nos restaurantes (Yali e So Oriental) também. Há atividades esportivas para adultos durante todo o dia que gostamos muito. O templo Poseidon nas proximidades é um lugar muito agradável para se visitar. Tivemos que sair cedo no nosso último dia e eles prepararam uma caixa de café da manhã agradável para nós quando saímos. Não é tão bom: o quarto estava desatualizado. O chuveiro teve alguns problemas com a temperatura da água. Os preços nos restaurantes do resort são altos (duas vezes mais altos quando comparados aos diferentes restaurantes fora do resort). O jantar no buffet custa 45 euros por pessoa e também não foi ótimo. Ficamos felizes por não termos reservado meia pensão e gostamos da comida nos restaurantes do hotel. (Eles até cobram pela água no buffet do jantar)

Nos alojamos aquí por 3 noches en la habitación familiar con Mountain View. Bueno: El servicio y el personal del hotel es impecable. Las instalaciones del hotel son perfectas. Las áreas de la piscina y la playa son muy cómodas, tranquilas y privadas. La comida que se sirve en el desayuno es muy buena y en los restaurantes (Yali y So Oriental) también. Hay actividades deportivas para adultos durante todo el día que disfrutamos mucho. El cercano templo de Poseidón es un lugar muy agradable para visitar. Tuvimos que irnos temprano en nuestro último día y nos prepararon una buena caja de desayuno cuando nos fuimos. No tan bueno: la habitación estaba anticuada. La ducha tenía algunos problemas con la temperatura del agua. Los precios en los restaurantes del complejo son altos (el doble en comparación con diferentes restaurantes fuera del complejo). La cena en el buffet cuesta 45 euros por persona y tampoco fue genial. Nos alegramos de no haber reservado media pensión y disfrutamos de la comida en los restaurantes del hotel. (Incluso cobran por el agua en el buffet de la cena)

Great place to enjoy your vacation! The service was outstanding and the food was top notch! The bungalows were cozy, very comfortable. A short walk to the beach. We had the best experience possible! Loved it.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the family room with the Mountain View.
Good: The service and staff in the hotel is flawless. The facilities of the hotel are perfect. The pool and beach areas are very comfortable, quiet, and private. The food served at the breakfast is very good and in the restaurants (Yali and So Oriental) as well.
There are sport activities for adults throughout the day which we enjoyed very much. The nearby Poseidon temple is a very nice place to visit. We had to leave early on our last day and they prepared nice breakfast box for us when we left.
Not so good: the room was outdated. The shower had some issues with the temperature of the water. The prices in the restaurants in the resort are high (twice as high when compared to different restaurants outside the resort).
Dinner in the buffet costs 45 euro per person and wasn’t great as well. We were happy we did not book half-board and enjoyed the food in the hotel’s restaurants instead. (They even charge for water in the dinner’s buffet)

Tivemos uma estadia perfeita e muito agradável em Grecotel. Este hotel é muito bom, tantas flores e a decoração é maravilhosa. A piscina também é muito boa. O restaurante é muito bom e apreciamos particularmente a equipe, muito obrigado a Christos, que é tão gentil e profissional o tempo todo!

We had a perfect and very pleasant stay in Grecotel. This hotel is really nice, so many flowers and the decoration is wonderful. The swimming pool is also very nice. The restaurant is really good and we particularly appreciated the staff, many many thanks to Christos who is so kind and so professional all the time !
