This fully restored property offers all possible comforts to make from your holiday an unforgettable experience. This two-storey house is ideal for families and small groups of friends since it has three double bedrooms. All bedrooms, located on the top floor, are twin and have an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, windows and closets. Two of the en-suite bathrooms have a shower and the other one, a bath. In the living-dining room there is a comfortable sofa where you can relax, watch satellite TV or surf the Internet (Wi-Fi). The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your holidays: a toaster, a microwave, an electric oven, a glass-ceramic hob or a fridge, among other electrical appliances. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You can enjoy delicious meals and spend great times on the furnished porch. The 24 m2 chlorinated pool is next to the garden with lawn. The property has a ping-pong table. The location of the house, in the centre of the island, is perfect as it has easy access to any corner. However, renting a car is necessary, since the house is 1.5 km from the nearest bus station in Búger. In this village there is a supermarket, some restaurants, and a pharmacy. The nearest hospital is situated in Inca, 12.4 km away. In Inca you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants serving fresh fish, high quality meat, pizza, pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus or traditional Mallorcan cuisine. Every Thursday, a large market is held around Inca’s main streets, which become a bustling place. Just a 20-minute drive away, you will reach some fantastic beaches such as Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia, Platja de Formentor and Port de Pollença.
