Ideal para ir a visitar Madrid sin estar en Madrid centro. Muy buenas comunicaciones. El hotel es muy tranquilo y el personal muy muy atento. La limpieza es genial y las habitaciones calidad precio son geniales. Aparcas el coche en la misma puerta. Sin duda si vuelvo por Madrid volveré sin dudar.

Acudimos a sus instalaciones, con motivo de la celebración del enlace de un familiar. Muy buen acceso en coche y fácil aparcamiento. Instalaciones ajustadas con nada que resalte o se haga en falta. Buenas instalaciones para una ceremonia civil. Un servicio correcto por parte del personal. Respecto a la gastronomía nada malo que reseñar.

Las habitaciones bien,sin más,con detalles como paredes con manchas de vete a saber que,ducha sin apenas presión de agua y filtros del aire acondicionado que no se habían limpiado en la vida. Como idea de hostel americano esta muy bien,aparcas en la puerta de la habitación y tienes tu terraza que da a las piscinas. Lo peor,el restaurante, comimos el primer día y ya,comida de muy baja calidad a precios muy altos,el resto de días,estuvimos 4,comíamos fuera y cenábamos en la terraza de la habitación. Los camareros parece que te hacían un favor dándote de desayunar,ni al hola te respondían a veces. El desayuno un 1 sobre 5,pan,bollería industrial y 4 lonchas de jamón. Volveríamos? Si ,pero a dormir y si eso un baño en la piscina.

La experiencia fue penosa,nada más llegar nos quedamos a comer y fue el primer error,el comedor sucio con vasos por recoger el suelo sucio del desayuno la misma camarera era la cocinera,la comida una basura. Al llegar a la habitación estaba sucia no se esmeraron mucho en limpiar. Y el desayuno fue espectacular,2 personas para hacer cafés tostadas y recoger mesas(de ellos solo puedo decir cosas buenas porque lo dieron todo)el desayuno pobre y el zumo de jarra creo que era el mismo que vi en la comida del día anterior, bollería industrial ni siquiera la sacaron de las cajas. Y la piscina ... Nos fuimos una noche antes con eso lo digo todo.

Hotel con piscina recomendable para familias. Fuimos al parque acuático de Madrid, buscábamos un hotel con piscina que estuviera relativamente cerca y nos decidimos por este. Está pegado a la carretera, aún así no se oye ruido ni se ve debido a la vegetación. Habitación amplia y resultona, con aire acondicionado. Es un hotel de tres estrellas, he leído reseñas que piden cosas que están por encima de esa categoría. El restaurante está correcto y el personal es muy agradable. Para volver seguro.

He estado dos días, y muy contenta. El personal muy agradable, las habitaciones limpias y sitio acogedor. Los jardines y piscina muy cuidados. Sitio muy tranquilo para desconectar. El restaurante un poco caro con respecto a lo que servían. Pero lo recomiendo totalmente y volveré seguro.

Es un hotel-motel tipo americano que esta muy bien. Ha sido una estancia muy muy muy agradable que os recomiendo totalmente!!!!.Es un sitio muy tranquilo con jardines bonitos y conpiscina. La habitaciones son amplias y tienen su propia terraza muy grande además de una una cama extra grande muy cómoda. El desayuno es razonable. La relación calidad precio esta muy bien porque incluye hasta un parking. Nosotros pasamos una estancia en plena naturaleza, con mucha tranquilidad y disfrutamos muchísimo con nuestro perro pues admiten mascotas

La habitación amplia y la cama muy cómoda.Por fuera un poco deteriorado. Los jardines y piscina bien cuidados. Cenar en el restaurante fue un reto, puesto que la primera noche nos dicen que la cocina está abierta hasta las 11, llegamos al las 10:30. Pero el camarero nos dice que se va a las 11 que nos saca los platos y se marcha, así que evidentemente nos fuimos a otro lado. La verdad que la cafetería restaurante era lo que peor funcionaba.

As others have said this really is a bit of a glorified motorway hotel but it provides a welcome break which is very dog friendly If you are travelling through Spain, it is fairly inexpensive and the food in the restaurant though simple was good enough. It is a bit tired with a few basic errors like flat batteries in remotes and incredibly noisy air conditioning. But provided you don't expect luxury, you may find it just the thing for a quick overnight stop. Had to rate location. Hardly picturesque though. It has some pleasant gardens but convenient being just off the motorway a little complicated to find since you have to get in the right service road

I gave this 1 star because all the staff were really helpful and did their best. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The electrics are dangerous, waste pipes damaged and leaking. The price was for a mid range hotel but should be at budget base level. Could be good if redone. It is also a shame that the restaurant was closed when I went to dinner and there is nowhere else to eat nearby.

Horrible place absolutely awful, they use photos that do not correspond to reality, who are friendly?? In this place no one, the receptionist/manager worse than fawlty towers * breakfast is a joke some baguette and butter, bedbugs, dirty floor, outdated linen, steel beds broken and with a wooden plank on top of it, seems like a bad bed from 2nd world war, shower not working, complaining does not work with these experienced people of lies

This hotel is an hidden gem, providing you take the correct exit off the motorway. It has a great patio to have a drink and we would be happy to stay for a week rather than the day we did. If the room had a kitchenette it would be a great hotel. The hotel and restaurant was spotless and we hope to be able to return on our journey back to the UK in March.

It was really disgusting experience, i've got bed bugs attack , its ruined my skin,I can not sleep anymore . The hotel was in a middle of nowhere and no refrigerator so no cold drinks .But the terras + air-conditioner were fine .

Out dated awful hotel. Horrible beds and room. The linen is ripped apart and the bedsheets are made of plastic..! I can only imagine why they would do this... The hotel has tried to update the furniture by painting the 70's bed and cabinets, which looks like it's done by a 2 year old. The people are very nice and the breakfast decent and the wifi works fine. You can park right in front of your room. Location is OK. It is about 10 min to getafe and 30 min to Madrid city center.

Really cheap, clean, friendly staff n pet friendly. Great😊 Rooms and bathroom are quite large, the bed is comfy. I gave 4 of 5 stars because I the water pressure at the shower is not the best
