O pior hotel em termos de atendimento, os funcionários da recepção são muito ruins, os colchões (camas) não são confortáveis.. e suas declarações estão incorretas, no dia da chegada nos disseram que a cama extra para crianças é gratuita, no dia do check-out pediram-nos 400 euros pelo valor desta cama para 10 dias !! Para o registro, não assinamos nenhuma folha para a cama extra. A política do hotel é que uma cama extra é gratuita para crianças.Minha avaliação para o hotel é zero. .

El peor hotel en cuanto a trato, el personal de recepción es muy malo, los colchones (camas) no son cómodos.. y sus declaraciones son incorrectas, el día de llegada nos dijeron que la cama supletoria para niños es gratis, el el dia del checkout nos pidieron 400 euros por el valor de esta cama por 10 dias!! Para que conste, no firmamos ninguna hoja para la cama supletoria. La política del hotel es que una cama supletoria es gratis para los niños.Mi calificación para el hotel es cero. .

No segundo dia no hotel, o café da manhã estava bom, mas o restaurante na verdade fecha às 7:30. Com licença, há apenas um chef em um hotel de 25 andares. Não há restaurantes por perto. O tratamento é ruim no restaurante. Não há cooperação. Os pedidos estão incompletos. Me presentearam com um prato mal cozido.

Stayed their for 7days hotel is good breakfast was ok since it wasn’t crowded during my stay they offer Alla carte but restaurant staff they are the best at the hotel and very cooperative the only area of improvement housekeeping like every body said. Hint when check in inspect the room and notify them for any damage even simple thing other wise you end up paying for it.overalls costumer service need to be improved

Spacious rooms, amazing decor good location. BUT, the kitchen is missing a lot of dishes like plates, forks, spoons etc, I mean the apartment is meant for 6 people how could they include 2 plates and 2 glasses only!! And when you ask them to bring more glasses they say ask the "housekeeping"...... Is this really a 4 star hotel? The most important thing about a hotel is the service. The housekeeping, they dont vaccum the floor they dont clean the dishes they dont clean the tables... What kind of housekeeping is that?? And no its not laziness its that they are asked to not do it. There's a washing machine in the bathroom without liquid soap... So i asked the reception for some he gave me that quick washing ball for 1.5mark what's the point of the washing machine if I have to pay for every wash?? I bought a liquid soap from the bingo market anyways... Lets get back to the dishes lol, the housekeeping dont clean the dishes so.. There's a dishwahser without soap for it of course, well what's worse that it wasn't working, so again I called the reception and they sent a technician to fix it, and he said that its unfixable and it needs to be replaced, and so they did replace it the next day, and that's the only thing I appreciate, the reception man is very humble and is like working 24/7 RESPECT for that man he has helped me a lot through all of this.

we reserved 3 bedrooms premium room for a week. Here are some of the problems that we countered:1.The wifi: maximum speed is 7MB if you want faster wifi you have to pay with money?!2.Housekeeping: 🆗 we all know housekeeping is responsible for taking care of your room, but in this hotel, they just change the towels and the blankets. If you put that green card else they won't. Also, they don't clean the kitchen tools.3.Kitchen tools: there were only each 2, for example, 2 plates, 2 spoons,2 forks..etc. Our room was for 6 people.4.Jacuzzi isn't working: so I asked them why it's not working, they said we haven't activated this feature yet.5.The living room TV had no channels.6.Dishwasher wasn't working from the very first day. Took them 2 days to fix it.7.The restaurant we asked if they could turn on the ac because it was really hot, they said the ac is broken.Things I liked about this hotel:1. The room was very good and wide living room.2.There are two types of sauna and a gym.3.shoes cleaning machine.4. The receptionist were friendly especially Ahmed.

Good and spacious room, 2 bedrooms with a living room and a kitchen. The only bad thing about this hotel is the housekeeping team ( the worst I’ve ever seen !! ). Not good cleaning, rude, not putting water and soap ( which we payed for ! ) , not changing bedsheets and not cooperative. In my opinion this is a vital point in the hotel, especially for guests staying for long period. I wish this point to be taken into consideration. They need a continuous supervision and evaluation. The guys in the reception helpful and smiling, and the lady at the restaurant as well. Housekeeping staff not available all the time at the hotel! Only until 8 pm I think. The only person who answers us at night is the security who is not speaking English language.

We have stayed in this apartment hotel for 16 nights. Part of the time was in 2 bedroom apartment for 3 people and the rest was in 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people. The building and the apartments are relatively new. However, unfortunately the service, the housekeeping and the staff behavior are all below expectations. The housekeeping is especially very poor where cleaning is not done well and even at some days includes only emptying the trash baskets and laying down the bedsheets while keeping any trash or dirts not touched. I believe in no time, the condition of the apartments will go down big time. Most of the staff at the reception are not very friendly or cooperative either they are not well trained about customer care or this is their personal nature. Overall, I would have given my experience with this place no more than one star but I gave it two stars considering the facility being relatively new. I would suggest that Rotana management look at the root causes.

Vine por trabajar a desfilar en un evento internacional en Sarajevo y me hospedaron en esta maravilla de hotel! Apartamentos/ habitaciones de 200 metros cuadrados para disfrutar! Da pena moverse del hotel! Es una auténtica tica MARAVILLA!
