I had the pleasure of two weeks here in September. Work and pleasure! What a magical place. I couldn’t wait to get back here! Excellent restaurant, great fitness suite and pools. Superb accommodations and staff. The most professional and attentive staff, especially the pool bar/restaurant staff.

This resort was nothing short of amazing. Gorgeous landscape, warm and friendly staff, clean rooms. Me and a few of my college girlfriends organized a reunion trip to Arizona and booked Andaz and we couldn't have been more satisfied. Upon arrival we we're greeted with water and an alcoholic beverage. We were escorted to our spacious rooms and our semi private pool. Although with the price of the resort, there was not a shuttle service available to and from the airport, the Uber ride was cheap. Andaz does offer drop offs via a 7 passenger vehicle to places in close proximity of the resort. They even will arrange drop offs/pickups from the shops and restaurants that are in walking distance (via golf cart) you just have to call when you are done shopping or dining. The weather was HOT!! The resort offers a spa but I didn't visit. The only thing that rubbed us the wrong way was the additional daily cost for amenities that was required to pay at checkout. There was also an issue with another guest and their choice to bring their 2 huge dogs to the resort and allowed them to swim in the pools provided for the guests. We were told someone would clean the pool but it didn't matter because the guest had their dogs in said pool more than once. I'm not sure of the policy on dogs but with the barking, howling and the pool situation, we were not comfortable with the dogs on the property.

Third time here. The service is great, and the crowds depend entirely on the season. It is pricey, so expect that - but take advantage of the happy hour (they call it Sunset Hour) from 430-630. Everyone is super friendly.
The pool can get crowded depending on season - lots of kids here when we were here back in May, almost none Labor Day weekend. You might have trouble finding a chair, especially a shaded one, in the afternoon on weekends. Yes, they have the cabanas - but they’re truly about 50% overpriced for what they are. They’re almost always all empty when we’re there, and at $300 day/weekend and $200 weekday you need to be pretty invested in sitting at the pool. At half that price they’d be a no brainer, but the value isn’t really there and seems like most guests agree and fight for deck chairs.
The rooms are great - I would spend the extra and upgrade to the Saarinen suites though, the private patio and double shower is really nice.
My only complaint - the pillows! They’re either a sack of potatoes or three t-shirts inside another t-shirt. Please do something about this, Andaz. Everything else is nearly perfect.

I came here during the summer off-season on business, what a beautiful hotel. Gorgeous and spacious rooms. The shower itself is worth a mention, this is literally my dream shower. I could just hang out in there haha. Easy to work in restaurant with great coffee and breakfast. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful pool. Nicest staff. My only negative note is that I wish I had the time during my business trip to relax more at the Andaz. I highly recommend a stay here.

Booked with blue star from july 16 thru 22 since i wanted to change location for quarantine as instructed while awaiting the go ahead from ministry of health. Since i did not hear from the ministry on july 16, i contacted the hotel to change the date, this wasnt successfum beause the email saying i could change date but while trying to do so, nil. I sent numerous emails and was told via email, they will contact the ministry for approval. They never reached out. I was unable to move since i didnt hear from the ministry until a few days after. When checking my acct, BLUE STAR CHARGED MY CARD $465.32 when the original charge was 341.04 SAYING SERVICE CHAREG FOR ROOM CLEANING ETC. How when i request sameday cancellation. On top of that supervisor Jerry was unprofessional and not allowing me to speak. He also said they have bills to pay and staff. So they should thief customers to pay bills. If i cancel, my account should not be charged. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

You wouldn't believe what a hotel that you would be living in. On the tiny island of Grenada this hotel is state of the art for you and your family with warm and friendly staff my next visit will definitely be the Blue Star Apartments &Hotel it's well equipped witj just about everything beening real about it.

I had a quarantine stay at Blue Star recently. It was actually pretty pleasurable. The staff was kind. I had all the amenities I needed. I was super comfortable. Being in quarantine isn't ideal at all but Blue Star was clearly the best choice for my stay. I would recommend it for anyone visiting the island!

Excellent place to stay. Very modern apartment/hotel. Had a issues with the AC but it was quickly resolve the next day. Friendly owners and staffs. Highly recommended to stay or for quarantine.
