This place still smells like new construction and looks beautiful. The building and room are very nice and we loved the high ceilings. The doors are very heavy and tend to slam when they shut so you do hear some doors slamming as people go to their rooms but it quiets down when everyone is in for the night. The room was large and we loved having a king sized bed. There is a microwave and refrigerator. The shower has good water pressure and gets really hot. We liked the room but there were hairs on the floor in the bathroom and there were a bunch of chips under the chair. I wouldn't have known about the chips except my puppy kept sticking his arm under the chair so I moved it to see what he was after. The rest of the room was fine cleanliness-wise. The pet fee was $25 for the room for the night and I think they allow up to two pets. They do have you sign a paper saying that they can't be left alone in the room and also that they are not allowed to bark. The front desk clerk was thoughtful and put us on the first floor (room 127) which was convenient for walking our puppies. They have a nice pet walking area behind the building with a stocked pet station. The parking lot is very well lit at night and we were able to park in a spot where we could see our car from our window. The breakfast was from 6-10 even during the week and they have a large breakfast area. They had a waffle machine, eggs, cereals, yogurt, bread, English muffins, juice, and they had a container with gluten free items and a pitcher of almond milk as well as regular milk for cereal. There were a few other things as well but not many vegan options but that's pretty common for hotel breakfasts. There is a little store beside the front desk where you can buy drinks and snacks. It's easy to get on and off of the freeway and there is a gas station next door. We liked this hotel and plan to stay here again when we drive back through.

Fácil acesso pelo lado leste da Rapid. Novo hotel. A recepção GM e garota eram agradáveis e confortáveis com nossas reservas de semana dividida devido ao uso de pontos de recompensa. La habitación estaba hecha un desastre después de un par de días. La piscina es de buen tamaño, al igual que la bañera de hidromasaje. No hay demasiada gente a mitad de semana. Pretty new facility. Really nice breakfast area, with actual hot food. Best selection I've had in quite a while. Oatmeal with lots of optional adds. Waffles your way, cereals. Cheese omelets were great, as were the biscuits, with gravy. Crispy bacon, not my choice, was there too. Room was very clean, no signs of missed surfaces. Not a whole lot of shower pressure, but plenty of hot water.

Easy access on the east side of Rapid. New hotel. The front desk GM and girl were pleasant and accommodating with our split week reservations due to using rewards points.
The room was nice and clean upon arrival. No room services were available possibly due to employee shortage? The room was a mess after a couple of days.
The pool is nice sized as is the hot tub. Not too crowded at all midweek.
Breakfast was fairly simple as you would expect from a hotel. Usually a couple of warm options along with the usually staples (yogurt, pastries, toast, and others).

Check in was quick and easy. Hotel was new and inviting. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower head was like a massage. Breakfast was hot with lots of choices. Only complaint was they had just one washer and dryer. We had to wait for two other people to finish their loads before we could do ours. Despite this, the hotel was A+ and we would definitely return.

Nós amamos isso aqui! Os quartos eram espaçosos, limpos e agradáveis! Pessoal foi amigável, especialmente os dois cavalheiros da noite no balcão. ¡Muy satisfecho con este hotel! Los caballeros de la recepción fueron muy amables y atentos cuando llegamos. La habitación y el baño estaban extremadamente limpios, así como las sábanas y las almohadas. Un montón de toallas en el baño y sin problemas con el aire acondicionado. We loved it here! Rooms were spacious, clean and nice! Staff was friendly especially the two gentlemen in the evening at the counter. They always made eye contact, greeted you and asked you how your day was! The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very pleased with this hotel! The gentlemen at the front desk were very nice and attentive when we arrived. The room and bathroom were extremely clean as well as the bed sheets and pillows! Plenty of towels in the bathroom and no issues with the AC. Oh, and the complimentary breakfast was actually really good!! We very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend BW+!!!!

Excelente localização para viajantes, quarto espaçoso. A limpeza do quarto era boa, mas os lençóis e toalhas estavam em péssimo estado, muito finos, ambos com manchas múltiplas, além disso, a cortina do chuveiro estava muito amarelada. O pequeno-almoço era pobre, mas aceitável para um pequeno-almoço gratuito no hotel. As placas solicitando uma "compensação monetária" por um bom serviço na área de café da manhã foram decepcionantes, por favor, aumente suas taxas (já que o preço é um bom negócio e poderia ser facilmente aumentado) e pague seu pessoal de forma adequada. Great location for travelers, spacious room. Cleanliness of room was good but the sheets and towels were in terrible shape, very thin with both having multiple stains, additionally the shower curtain was very yellowed.Breakfast was poor, but acceptable for a free hotel breakfast. Signs requesting a "monetary compensation" for good service in the breakfast area were disappointing, please raise your rates (since the price is a good deal and could easily be raised) and pay your staff appropriately. With some improvements in cleanliness this could be an excellent value hotel.
