Tivemos um grande momento no SureStay e dar-lhes 5 estrelas! O quarto era espaçoso e muito confortável. O ar condicionado e frigorífico ambos funcionaram ÓTIMO! Todos os membros da equipe que conhecemos foi cortês e tipo - muito simpática! O serviço de limpeza diária do quarto era muito profissional e também aproveitamos o serviço de lavanderia. O café-da-manhã são deliciosos com diferentes opções cada dia de um enorme buffet. Existem outros serviços disponíveis, como uma agência de viagens e uma empresa de transporte interna que usamos 3 vezes. (Eles são mais caros que rua táxis, mas a confiança e segurança é ótimo!) A piscina Observava delicioso embora nós não nadar. Eu ficaria feliz em voltar a este hotel como foi uma experiência muito agradável!

Lugar muito bonito, honra ao seu tema .. "sempre amigável" as recepcionistas em qualquer turno muito bom, o lugar limpo, quartos confortáveis, jardins bem cuidados, piscina limpa, eu dou 5 ou mais estrelas. A única coisa que sugiro é um horário de restaurante noturno para poder jantar lá.

Lugar muy agradable, honor a su tema.."siempre amables" las señoritas de recepcion en cualquier turno muy agradables, el lugar limpio, habitaciones comodas, jardines bien cuidados, alberca limpia, le doy 5 o más estrellas. Lo unico que sugiero es un horario vespertino-nocturno del restaurant para poder cenar ahi.

Local muito bom, espaços amplos e muita tranquilidade, o restaurante é muito bom, seu buffet é delicioso e recheado de comidas típicas. O serviço é excelente e as instalações muito bem conservadas. Vale a pena chegar lá.

A cama pra mim o colchão é um pouco duro, além disso saíram da bolsa e você faz muito barulho na hora de dormir ou dormir, os lençóis parecem lonas. O lugar está muito bem além do acima. Recomendado é na frente do UNACH

Nice hotel, the best parts are the service and the restaurant "La Calabaza." The employees were super nice and helpful all the time. The restaurant has an spectacular breakfast buffet all days full of Chiapas' traditional food, you should try the tamales and the chocolate (try all it is worth the price). The room where I stayed had an old design but it was clean and the AC worked perfectly. I loved the garden. They have a transportation courtesy service from the airport to the hotel, if you need transportation from the hotel to the airport you need to pay a small fee and reserve it because it is a small car but the drivers are awesome.

Had a great time at the SureStay and give them 5-stars! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning and refrigerator both worked GREAT! Every staff member we met was courteous and kind - very friendly! The daily room cleaning service was very professional and we also took advantage of the laundry service. The breakfasts are delicious with different options each day from a huge buffet. There are other services available, such as a travel agency and an in-house transportation company which we used 3 times. (They're more expensive than street taxis, but the confidence and security is great!) The pool looked delicious even though we didn't swim. I would gladly return to this hotel as it was a VERY pleasant experience!

Very cute and affordable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The garden looks pretty Only stayed overnight and didn't have time to check more, but would definitely return.

Lets start with the most important topic which can already help you before even seeing the hotel. Don't trust Google, even if you enter the street name GoogleMaps will navigate you somewhere else. It is near the hotel but you should follow the main street and you will see it directly.
Lets start with the hotel, it is a typical business hotel, nothing more nothing less. The rooms are not near the reception, you have to walk there, passing the pool. That's not the biggest problem at all, the problem is that they have no elevator and you have to carry your stuff to the level you want to go.
Beside that the room is big enough and clean, which is one of the most important topics and it is quiet enough that you can get some sleep.
Unfortunately we had to leave before we good taste the breakfast buffet, bad luck, some say it is the best around but I don't have proof for that.
