Bom café da manhã, um pouco menos para escolher a partir de agora sob a coroa, mas totalmente o suficiente. Sempre tenho a suíte, "pena que você retirou o frigobar que estava incluído antes, melhor aumentar o preço em 100 notas ... Camas confortáveis nas suítes!

Comparing price to other hotels in the area it is great. But if you take a simple room which is "cheaper" you get separated beds. It looks like it is 200 years old. Or maybe that's the room I got. Still price is big, compared to other places even in bigger cities. But it's bearable...

Really nice hotel. Very friendly staff. The best thing: you can completely open your window in your room. Everything was nice and clean.

Fomos a Karlstad durante esses Covid-19 vezes. O hotel é grande, mas está começando a ficar um pouco desgastado. O café da manhã foi limitado durante esse período, o restaurante teve horário de funcionamento limitado em outros horários. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos e fomos bem cuidados durante toda a nossa estadia. O hotel está localizado um pouco fora de Karlstad, mas eles têm bicicletas que você pode alugar com muito boas ciclovias de e para o centro da cidade.

Fuimos a Karlstad durante estos Covid-19 veces. El hotel es grande pero está empezando a desgastarse un poco. El desayuno fue limitado durante este período, el restaurante tenía horarios de apertura limitados en otros momentos. Personal amable y servicial, y nos atendieron muy bien durante toda nuestra estancia. El hotel está ubicado un poco fuera de Karlstad, pero tienen bicicletas que puedes alquilar con muy buenos senderos para bicicletas desde y hacia el centro de la ciudad.

We went to Karlstad during these Covid-19 times. The hotel is large but is starting to get a little worn. Breakfast was limited during this period, the restaurant had limited opening hours during other times. Friendly and helpful staff and we were well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel is located a little outside of Karlstad but they have bikes you can rent with very good bike paths to and from the city center.

O Hotel possui uma boa infraestrutura. O pessoal da recepção faz um atendimento rápido e cordial. Os quartos são limpos e possui banheira caso queira relaxar. O café da manhã é completo com frutas e pães. O restaurante é espaçoso e a equipe de atendimento é prestativa. Recomendo para viagens a negócios e Turismo.

Great breakfast, varied and fresh, good coffee. The room was comfortable and quiet, we enjoyed the sauna and the pool table in the lobby. An extra plus for the pet friendly environment.

The rooms can be updated a bit with a few more amenities but it does the trick. This place is a hidden secret when food is concerned. I will travel many miles again just to have the salmon and mash potato mix which costs about 235 SEK. It is hands down the best in all of Sverige!! The staff are friendly and there is a nice cosy, family feel to the place. I've heard it can get lively on weekends as well...
