This simple bungalow complex is centrally located, 1 km from Berga city where guests can find restaurants, bars and shopping venues are all located in the immediate neighbourhood and the town centre with its scores of shops and public transport connections is just a few minutes away on foot. It is 4 km to the nearest lake, 96 km to Barcelona (90 minutes on public transport) and 100 km to the sea. The complex was built in 1987, renovated in 2011 and consists of 24 apartments spread over 2 floors. There is a lobby and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a café, a newspaper stand, a supermarket, a shop, a bar, a games room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (with highchairs for children), a conference room and a children's playground. There is a laundry service as well as a car park and a garage available for use. Children are supervised and cared for in the kids' club and an attractive garden is on open for guests to relax in. The comfortable bungalows each have an en suite bathroom and are fitted with satellite/ cable TV, a food preparation area, a fridge, tiling, central heating and a lounge area. Apartments are cleaning after they have been vacated by the guests. Featuring on the complex are an indoor swimming pool, 2 indoor heated swimming pool, a poolside snack bar, thermal circuit, spa with Jacuzzi, a sauna, a solarium, steam room, professional massage services and a special spa area. Sports' enthusiasts are offered tennis, table tennis, squash, paddel, aerobics, a gym, archery, bicycle hire, mountain bike hire, beach volleyball, pool, snooker, bocce, as well as skiing and golf. Canoes are available for hire on the beach. There are also a range of seasonal entertainment programmes offered.
