Minha esposa e eu ficamos no Belvedere em agosto de 2021 para nossa lua de mel. Tínhamos um voucher de uma reserva anterior que atualizamos para uma suíte mais premium.A suíte que nos foi atribuída realmente não era como o esperado. Ficava no andar térreo e tinha vista para a piscina, então não tinha tanta privacidade quanto você esperaria em sua lua de mel. Pedimos para mudar de suítes, mas eles estavam totalmente reservados, então ficamos bastante decepcionados.Daqui poderia ter sido um desastre, mas acabamos conhecendo Christofer Vonglis, o GM. Ele foi amigável e ouviu nossas preferências e fez tudo ao seu alcance e muito mais para garantir que tivéssemos uma experiência inesquecível. É fácil ver por que ele se saiu bem no setor de hospitalidade. De lá, ele, com sua equipe, garantiu que tivéssemos uma estadia maravilhosa e mudou completamente. Encontrar um pacote alternativo, serviço, recomendações locais, etc.As expectativas de cada um serão diferentes, mas uma vez comunicadas, adaptaram-se e proporcionaram-nos uma bela estadia.Agradeço sinceramente ao Christofer e a toda a equipe.

Mi esposa y yo nos hospedamos en el Belvedere en agosto de 2021 durante nuestra luna de miel. Teníamos un cupón de una reserva anterior que pasamos a una suite más premium.La suite que nos asignaron no era realmente la esperada. Estaba en la planta baja y daba a la piscina, por lo que no tenía tanta privacidad como esperarías en tu luna de miel. Pedimos cambiar de suite, pero estaban completamente llenas, así que quedamos bastante decepcionados.A partir de aquí podría haber sido un desastre, pero terminamos conociendo a Christofer Vonglis, el gerente general. Fue amable y escuchó nuestras preferencias e hizo todo lo que estuvo a su alcance y más para asegurarse de que tuviéramos una experiencia inolvidable. Es fácil ver por qué le ha ido bien en el sector de la hostelería. A partir de ahí, él, con su personal, se aseguró de que tuviéramos una estadía maravillosa y lo cambió por completo. Encontrar una suite alternativa, servicio, recomendaciones locales, etc.Las expectativas de cada uno serán diferentes pero una vez comunicado se adaptaron y nos brindaron una hermosa estadía.Gracias sinceramente a Christofer y a todo el equipo.

My wife and I stayed in the Belvedere in August 2021 for our honeymoon. We had a voucher from a previous booking which we upgrade to a more premium suite.
The suite we were assigned was really not as expected. It was on the ground floor and overlooking the pool so not as much privacy as you would hope for on your honeymoon. We asked to change suites but they were fully booked so were quite disappointed.
From here it could have been a disaster but we ended up meeting Christofer Vonglis the GM. He was friendly and listened to our preferences and did everything in his power and more to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. It is easy to see why he has done well in the hospitality sector. From there he, with his staff, made sure we had a wonderful stay and completely turned it around. Finding an alternate suite, service, local recommendations, etc.
Everyone's expectations will be different but once it is communicated they adapt and gave us a beautiful stay.

Se eu pudesse escolher "zero" estrelas, eu teria. Já estive ao redor do mundo e nunca vi nada assim. Eu visitei com meus amigos. Um dia pedimos o jantar ao serviço de quarto e pagamos em dinheiro. No check out fomos surpreendidos com o cheque do jantar novamente e outros pagamentos pelo uso das cápsulas de café no quarto !!! Que são gratuitos em todos os lugares, exceto neste hotel. Eles se recusaram a corrigir o pagamento do jantar de nossa verificação final e quando pedimos para o gerente foi rude e zombando de nós! Ele repetia o que dizíamos.

Si pudiera elegir estrellas "cero", lo habría hecho. He dado la vuelta al mundo y nunca he visto nada como esto. Visité a mis amigos. Un día pedimos la cena al servicio de habitaciones y pagamos en efectivo. En el check out, nos sorprendió el cheque de la cena nuevamente y otros pagos por usar las cápsulas de café en la habitación. Que son gratis en todas partes excepto en este hotel. ¡Se negaron a arreglar el pago de la cena de nuestro cheque final y cuando preguntamos por el gerente fue grosero y se burló de nosotros! Seguía repitiendo lo que decíamos.

If I could choose “zero” stars I would’ve. I have been around the world and never seen anything like this. I visited with my friends. One day we ordered dinner from room service and paid in cash. At the check out we were surprised with the dinner check again and other payments for using the coffee capsules in the room !!! Which are free everywhere except in this hotel. They refused to fix the dinner payment from our final check and when we asked for the manager was rude and mocking us! He kept repeating what we were saying.

Mykonos, que lugar deslumbrante e que viagem fabulosa que se tornou ainda mais especial por causa de toda a equipe do Belvedere Hotel que nos fez sentir tão bem-vindos e confortáveis em seus belos arredores. Excelente localização, funcionários super prestativos e vistas deslumbrantes sobre a ilha - com certeza estaremos de volta! :)

Mykonos, qué lugar tan deslumbrante y qué viaje tan fabuloso que se hizo aún más especial gracias a todo el equipo del Belvedere Hotel que nos hizo sentir tan bienvenidos y cómodos en su hermoso entorno. Una excelente ubicación, un personal súper servicial y unas vistas impresionantes de la isla. ¡Seguramente volveremos! :)

Mykonos, what a stunning place and what a fabulous trip that was made even more special because of the whole team at Belvedere Hotel that made us feel so welcome and comfortable in their beautiful surroundings. Prós: ótima localização, ótima arrumação, Contras: o quarto precisa de uma remodelação. Você pode remodelar legitimamente este quarto pelo preço de nossa estadia. Foi nojento. O chão estava manchado de amarelo, a banheira não escoava corretamente. É uma piada pelo preço. O café da manhã gratuito, mas não tão gratuito (taxa para qualquer coisa decente) foi terrível.

Para o preço que você paga para ficar neste hotel, eu esperava um serviço ao cliente muito melhor. Eu reservei outro hotel em Barcelona e Stiges na minha viagem. Com eu tive que cancelar uma semana fora devido ao COVID que todos entenderam. Este hotel me deu uma corrida ao redor. Poupe seu dinheiro. Eu nunca vou refazer a reserva com eles no futuro.

CUIDADO! Este lugar não vale a pena você tomar e dinheiro. Você quer aproveitar suas férias e ter uma ótima experiência. Quando as coisas não saem como planejado, você espera que esses estabelecimentos tenham um ótimo atendimento ao cliente. Este hotel não.

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación, excelente mantenimiento de la casa, Desventajas: la habitación necesita una remodelación. Puede remodelar esta habitación legítimamente por el precio de nuestra estadía. Fue asqueroso. Los pisos estaban manchados de amarillo, la bañera no drenaba correctamente. Es una broma por el precio. El desayuno gratuito pero no tan gratuito (cargo por algo decente) era terrible.

Por el precio que pagas por alojarte en este hotel, esperaba un servicio al cliente mucho mejor. Reservé otro hotel en Barcelona y Stiges en mi viaje. Con tuve que cancelar una semana debido a COVID que todos entendieron. Este hotel me dio la vuelta. Ahorre su dinero. Nunca volveré a reservar con ellos en el futuro.

¡TENER CUIDADO! Este lugar no vale la pena ni tu dinero. Quieres disfrutar de tus vacaciones y tener una gran experiencia. Cuando las cosas no salen según lo planeado, espera que estos establecimientos tengan un excelente servicio al cliente. Este hotel no lo hace.

For the price you pay to stay in this hotel I would have expected much better customer service. I booked other hotel in Barcelona and Stiges on my trip. With I had to cancel a week out due to COVID they all understood. This hotel gave me the run around. Save your money. I’ll never rebook with them in the future.

Pros: Great location, great house keeping, Cons: room needs a remodel. You can legit remodel this room for the price of our stay. It was gross. The floors were stained yellow, the bathtub did not drain properly. It’s a joke for the price. The free but not so free (charge for anything decent) breakfast was terrible.

BEWARE! This place is not worth you tome and money. You want to enjoy your vacation and have a great experience. When things don’t go as planned you hope these establishments will have great customer service. This hotel does not.

Terrible hotel service and almost rude staff. This hotel no where near reflects what a 5 star experience should be, also considering the room rates were €1000 per night. I’ve begun to question whether some of these positive reviews are actually legitimate . The rooms are very small and poorly maintained , the inclusive breakfast actually doesn’t include simple things like toppings on your omelette lol. The staff were rude and condescending when we confronted them about extra charges that we paid for on the check out bill. The hotel manager left the refunded cash on the table and rudely remarked for us to take the money and leave . This place is a joke and it’s staff need to be re trained on proper hospitality and etiquette!

Muy bonito hotel con instalaciones excelentes. La comida es buena aunque el desayuno incluido no es lo mejor, puedes pedir a la carta.
