This is a detached chalet in Puerto de Alcudia that offers the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The two storey house has 180 m2 and it is ideal for families or little groups of friends. There is one room with a bunk bed, while the others have a double bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. Enjoy a pleasant breakfast or dinner on the terrace where there are table and chairs for 6 people. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa where you can sit down and just relax with a glass of wine, enjoy a good book, watch TV or have a little siesta. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. Of course you will find as well a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the plot you can park at least 2 cars. The house is in a urbanization, so you will have direct neighbours. The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you might need is very close: beach, pharmacy, shops, supermarket, surgery or bus stop. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. It’s full of bars as well, where you can have snacks as sandwiches, burgers or salads. For breakfasts you can visit one of the coffee shops on the seafront promenade. In this area, it’s full of clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest one is located on the road towards Alcúdia, near a patrol station. From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink.
