Muito nice e aconchegante little hotel. Ele está localizado no 7º andar de um prédio residencial, então não é tão fácil encontrá-lo, não há placas na rua, apenas uma inscrição em uma chamada na entrada. O design interior é feito no estilo de filmes antigos italianos, muito elegante. Quartos com duche e WC. Localizado em uma área tranquila, perto da estação de metrô e trem, a partir do qual você pode chegar ao aeroporto, há um supermercado. Café da manhã incluído. Em geral, gostei muito de tudo. Se ainda estamos em Roma, definitivamente ficaremos aqui :)

REEMBOLSO DA RESERVA NÃO FEITO. Devido à emergência de saúde covid19, no dia 5 de março tive que cancelar uma reserva com cancelamento gratuito nesta instalação até 28 de março. Não explico todo o evento porque é muito longo para contar. Afirmo que os responsáveis pela gestão desta estrutura a 1 de abril comunicaram por telefone a um operador de reservas que tinham feito a transferência do reembolso no dia anterior, ou seja, 31 de março, o que não é verdade porque até à data ainda não recebi nada de da estrutura qualquer reembolso a que por direito tenho direito. A reserva agora está lidando com esse lamentável problema. Esse comportamento é vergonhoso ... Exatidão acima de tudo, principalmente neste gravíssimo momento de emergência sanitária pela qual todos somos muito provados.

No explico todo el evento porque es demasiado largo para contarlo. Declaro que quienes gestionan esta estructura el 1 de abril comunicaron telefónicamente a un operador de reservas que habían realizado la transferencia de devolución el día anterior, es decir, el 31 de marzo, lo cual no es cierto porque a la fecha aún no he recibido nada de de la estructura cualquier reembolso al que por derecho tengo derecho. Booking se ocupa ahora de este desafortunado problema. Tal comportamiento es vergonzoso ... Justicia por encima de todo, especialmente en este momento muy grave de emergencia sanitaria por el que todos estamos muy probados

Eu b & b no civic devo dizer que é muito agradável e muito limpo, a gestão é excelente ea propriedade muito educada, devo dizer que nos encontramos muito bem. Muito ruim para a área não tão reconfortante e os melhores, mas, a seu favor, tem uma excelente localização perto do metro e todos os serviços. As 5 estrelas são merecidas por uma avaliação objetiva do b & b, nada a reclamar.

B & b en el Civic debo decir que es muy agradable y muy limpio, la administración es excelente y la propiedad muy educada, debo decir que nos encontramos muy bien. Lástima por la zona no tan tranquilizadora y la mejor pero, a su favor, tiene una excelente ubicación cerca del metro y de todos los servicios. Las 5 estrellas son merecidas para una evaluación objetiva del b & b, nada de lo que quejarse.

I b & b at the civic I must say that it is very nice and very clean, the management is excellent and the property very polite, I must say that we found ourselves very well. Too bad for the not so reassuring area and the best but, in his favor, has a great location near the metro and all services. The 5 stars are deserved for an objective evaluation of the b & b, nothing to complain about.

Muy bonito y acogedor hotelito. Está ubicado en el séptimo piso de un edificio residencial, por lo que no es tan fácil encontrarlo, no hay carteles en la calle, solo una inscripción en una llamada en la entrada. El diseño interior está hecho al estilo de las películas italianas antiguas, muy elegante. Habitaciones con ducha y aseo. Ubicado en una zona tranquila, cerca de la estación de metro y tren, desde donde se puede llegar al aeropuerto, hay un supermercado. Desayuno incluido. En general, me ha gustado mucho todo. Si todavía estamos en Roma, definitivamente nos quedaremos aquí :)

Very nice and cozy little hotel. It is located on the 7th floor in a residential building, so it’s not so easy to find it, there are no signs on the street, just an inscription on a call at the entrance. The interior design is made in the style of old Italian films, very stylish. Rooms with shower and toilet. Located in a quiet area, near the metro and train station, from which you can reach the airport, there is a supermarket. Breakfast included. In general, I liked everything very much. If we are still in Rome, we will definitely stay here :)
