Hotel room was average, however hotel facilities are great. They do have a variety of pools, courts and a great beach. Frontend staff could improve a lot more on service quality (Had ordered breakfast to be packed as we were heading off early the next day and the staff completely forgot about it).

Really a 3 star hotel. Staff work hard and found all but reception helpful and friendly.
Lots of incorrect information from reception. Hotel looks tiered and dated. Lots of little things they could easily improve on to raise their rating.
We didn't pay 5 star prices so didn't expect 5 star. So was good for what we paid.

Food is good, tasty and different (except breakfast which is usual). The area around is big so you can walk around a long time. No direct access to good snorkeling point.

Not sure how this is a 5 star hotel, 3plus at the best, grounds very nice and well kept. Food not the best, have no problem with buffet style food but I don't like that they serve you, would be better to help yourself. Breakfast Food hasn't changed at all in the week we have been here. Most of the staff seem very nice, couple of them expected a tip after only serving you half a cup of warm beer. Oh and they are always running out of glasses so most drinks will be a paper cups.

Doesnt look too good at the front due to ongoing works but it is lovely inside a bit tired in some places but constantly being cleaned and gardens done and watered. Looks like lots of improvements are also ongoing around the hotel. Lovely friendly staff so very helpful too 😎🌞🍻🥂🥰
