El desayuno y la localización son muy buenos. Estaba limpia la habitación. En mi experiencia dos cosas, día que fui no hubo aire acondicionado y fue caótico. Pedí cambio de habitación porque en la mía estaba llena de gente y hacía mucho calor y sin problema me cambiaron. /// Breakfast and location are very good. Room was clean. In my experience two things, the day I went there was no air conditioning and it was chaotic. I asked for a room change because mine was full of people and it was very hot and they changed me without any problem.
It's the perfect place to stay near Venice comfort and cheap, the room has 6 beds, you can pay for 4(120€), but if you need 5 o 6 you only need to pay the tax(1.5€ each). The breakfast buffet is complete for 8€ per person. Near to the station Venice Mestre was like 400m more or less, yoy have a near market, but everything close early, like 5,6 or 7 maximum.
We booked a double room for 7 days. After two days we found out that they don't clean the room or make the bed. They only empty the trash bin, maybe change towels or fill up the toilet paper. You can imagine the condition of the bathroom. You better keep this in mind when reserving for more than two nights. If they charge room prices at hotel level they should offer the same service. Another issue was that the a/c was out of order. Many guests complained about this. The only reason for not giving only one star is that we didn't have cockroaches or other unpleasant animals in our room.
Estrutura muito boa porém pouquíssimos funcionários. Sempre com muita fila no atendimento e check-in. Uma ou duas pessoas atendiam no balcão e se revezavam no atendimento do bar, tudo muito lento demorando, esperamos na fila mais de 15 minutos só para comprar as fichas do café da manhã.Não havia ninguém responsável pela organização dos espaços internos e externos, no final do dia estava tudo muito sujo e mau cheiro. Salão de café da manhã com mesas e chão sujos. Não existe travesseiros somente almofadas. Ar condicionado não funcionava, disseram-me que ainda não era época de ligar então tivemos que dormir com as janelas abertas com muito barulho na rua e o letreiro do hotel da frente (muito grande) iluminando o quarto.
Maravilhoso tudo, acolhimento, higiene, funcionários, café manhã, acesso fácil ao supermecado, a estação de trem, ônibus. Recomendo!!!
Hotel bem localizado, próximo a estação de trem. Os quartos são bons e novos. Só o café da manhã que é ruim por ter poucas opções no buffet.
Ótimo lugar para se hospedar. Lugar limpo, moderno, bom atendimento, bom serviço, bom café da manhã, onibus na porta, trem a 100 metros do local. Recomendo.

O Hotel, é sensacional.. por conta do preço em relação as acomodações.. Internet muito boa é o que mais me agradou foi saber que independente do horário os funcionários sempre estão por ali dispostos a tirar duvidas e dar informações.
Um dos melhores lugares q fiquei. Ambiente acolhedor, muito limpo, atendentes atenciosos. O café da manhã custa 7euros por pessoa
Habitacion basica. Solo para dormir. Medidas minimas. No se puede regular la temperatura y hace mucho calor. No limpiaron la habitacion. La ubicacion es muy buena; muy cerca de la estacion de tren Venecia Mestre y buses. Los empleados que reciben al pasajero, son muy amables. En el loby del hotel, hay buenos espacios para permanecer, conectarse a una compu, comer algo, reunirse con amigos.
The location couldn't be more perfect. It's like 5 minutes by walk to train station but why taking train when a bus stop (7, 7E, 2) is right next to the hotel. The room was quite spacious with a lot of options to put in our clothes. The breakfast costs 9€ but the biggest advantage is that like 4minutes walk there's a big grocery store Interspar where you can buy fresh pastry, jamon and mozzarella and fortunately we were allowed to use the dishes and cutlery from the breakfast room. The staff was really helpful and helped us to call a taxi to Marco Polo airport (flat rate was 35€). Check-in was a bit longer but nothing to complain about. Inconsiderate people who was a bit louder in their rooms.
Well, the price looks cheap. But you need to pay the sheets or towels additionally, and they don’t mention that additional costs at all on the booking website. So it’s a rip off. Moreover there are only 1 stuff for the check in also for bar and at the reception it was crowded but how can they deal them with just 1 person? Of course not ! Need to wait long long time and just time waisting. Plus The stuff has no enough knowledge about the area … Finally the toilet/shower room is very stink. Abviously they don’t clean there enough.All in all, you have to avoid this place. Time and money waisting.
Muy buena ubicación. Estación de tren y de autobus a escasos 5 minutos andando. Restaurantes y un supermercado cerca. El desayuno muy completo. Habitaciones muy limpias e instalaciones modernas y nuevas.
The hotel is located 5 min walk from the bus and train station. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is self service with various food. But the dining area was not so clean. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Overall it's average. The breakfast buffet is not as tasty as I imagined. The coffee has weird taste and it doesn't have too many variation. They didn't have honey for the pancakes. I wanted to buy a mask and they were out of stock. So I don't understand what was the need to advertise. The room was average, no toothbrush provided and doesn't have a lockbox to store safety your belongings.
O hostel tem a estrutura de hotel, os quartos são muito bons. Tem elevador, secador de cabelo no banheiro no quarto. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. O hall do hostel é ótimo. É perto do ponto de ônibus e trem para a ilha.
A pesar de que las camas son muy cómodas y el aseo es excelente, el hotel no cuenta con suficiente personal en el momento del check in. Tuvimos que esperar casi 40 minutos para ser atendidos.
Reservamos dos camas en una habitación para 8 personas. Hicimos check-in a las 12 m y no pudimos dejar las maletas en la habitación porque no estaban arregladas. Fuimos luego al centro de Venecia a conocer y volvimos al hotel a las 12:30 am a reclamar las sabanas y dormir. Cuando llegamos una de las camas estaba terriblemente sucia (parecia sangre)!!!! Tanto el colchón como las sabanas y la almohada. Esto deja mucho de desear de los protocolos de limpieza. También dejó mucho de desear la forma en que el trabajador de recepción nos pudo ayudsr a solucionar el problema. Nos trajo de todas formas una almohada nueva que igual y no se veia limpia. Nos dijo que si queriamos irnos a dormir pronto solo le pusieramos el protector y nos olvidaramos, que o sino el se podia demorar bastante en traernos otra porque estaba solo en la recepción. Así que despues de esta experiencia, desaconsejo esta opción de hospedaje.
You can't cook in the kitchen because it has a small kitchen also your foods and drinks can be stolen if you leave in the fridge. (We experienced twice in 4 days during our stay) Service is not enough in lobby. Only 1 or 2 staffs work during the shift for this very big building. They try to help you and they try to do everything at the same such as lobby, check-in,check-out, mini bar etc. but 2 staffs are not enough. The only good thing that I can say is the location. It's very close to the train station where you can reach everywhere. There is a big supermarket near it. I advise them to employ more staffs seriously. This will make it a better place.
Excelente todo. Muy predispuesto el personal y muy amables. Cómodo y bien ubicado. El personal de recepción se encuentra desbordado por lo general y hay que tener paciencia aunque son muy amables y resuelven todo.
Muy mejorable desde que pisas el hotel. -El check in más lento que hice en un hotel, tienen una gran afluencia de gente y sólo una persona atendiendo que aún siendo más rápida no hubiese solucionado el problema. Aparte de esto, esa misma persona atiende el bar del hotel. En el momento del check in me tocó esperar 10 minutos a que atendiese el bar, en el momento de querer pedir en el bar 15 minutos hasta que desistí y me fui a otro sitio. -La limpieza, sorprendentemente deja que desear. La ventana daba auténtico asco, llena de excrementos de aves sin limpiar y sucia por dentro. Se veía polvo acumulado en las esquinas. La tapa del wc parecía de un bar sucio, rallada y con todo tipo de marcas. -Las toallas las ponen, si, pero del tamaño de una toalla de lavabo pequeña. Literalmente puedes rodear una pierna con suerte con la toalla que ponen para la ducha. -No hay ningún tipo de limpieza en a habitación, ni hacer la cama, ni cambiar toallas, ni nada. -Las camas sin ser del todo incómodas, son dos colchonetas (una fina y otra menos) unidas por el cubrecamas. Obviamente a nada que te muevas se separan y se quedan movidas. Cutre sería la descripción. -El chorro de la ducha necesitaba ser cambiado desde hace probablemente hace unos años.Lo único bueno, el precio y que está a menos de 5 minutos de la estación de Mestre, que conecta con la isla en escasos 10 minutos de tren (1,50€). Eso si, el precio bajo no justifica la decepción general con el hotel.
Very close to Mestre train station and closer to the bus station to Venice.A brand new hotel in the right place to visit Venice and not paying a fortune to sleep.Venice is just 10-12 min away . Check in could be faster ,only one receptionist with many people waiting,but the girl was very kind and helpful.Rooms were as it seems in the photos of Booking,big room with big bathroom.Wi-Fi was fast and free of charge .The mattress was very comfy. Nice view from the window.The room has heating also . They didn’t have bed sheet in any room we booked only a cover for the mattress. The room was too hot especially in the first night .
Es la primera vez que me cobran en un hostel por las sábanas (dp lei y lo dicen en la descripción). El baño de la habitación, que compartía con otros tres viajeros, estaba sucio cuando llegue, y no fue limpiado en toda mi estadia (5 noches). Hubo una pelea entre dos personas una noche y el de seguridad de turno no hizo nada, cuando se empezaron a agredir terminaron separando otros viajeros. El desayuno es re completo (no esta incluido obvio y cuesta €7.90). El bar estaba abierto 24hs (una cerveza costaba €4.20). La cocina la tenes que reservar temprano porque solo te la otorgan por una hora y se llena rapido. Es un hostel muy lindo pero que te cobra hasta por respirar prácticamente, y bastante caro. En mi opinion lo mejor del hostel es la ubicación, esta a una cuadra de la estacion de tren de Venecia Mestre (a una de Santa Lucia, estación de la Isla).
Buen servicio y calidad en el alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente para viajar temprano a venecia desde la estación de tren ode bus. Las instalaciones son muevas y esta muy bien equipado. Lo único objetable es que la cama doble de nuestra habitación eran en realidad dos camas individuales juntas, aunque habíamos sido advertidos de ese detalle en la reserva.
The hotel is amazing. For staying in Venice Igot this amazing place at a budget rate of 18.25 Euro/ night in a 4-bed room. Other persons were very much cordial. The stuffs talked very well English and very helpful.Venice Santa Lucia station is 10 minutes away by train (1.4 Euro one way) from here. Just needed to walk 5-10 minutes straight right from the station (Venezia Mestre Railway Station) and I checked in online using the booking.com information in the booth in front of the reception desk.Minor Problems: No bed sheets, No locker to keep secured things. If you need to lock something you can keep it at 4Euro/ more per night depending on the size of the baggages. No electric socket in the roof shelf bed.They provided pillow and blanket in the cleaned room. There is large lift to go all the floors.
I stayed for a little bit more than a month in a private room in the A&O and in general I have a good experience. However,there was absolutely so much noise coming from the street in front of the hotel. There is a metal thing installed in the asphalt and every time a vehicle passes on it, it emits a loud irritant metallic noise.So, to people that may be sensible to noises... it may be a bad thing. Also, for the time I had been there, I would like to have a minibar or at least an electric water kettle inside the room. The WIFI connection was not really sufficient in my room too. On the other hand, the common spaces, to work and study, are very nice and comfortable - The location is very close to the train station and also to a supermarket.
Muy buena ubicación, estación de tren a tres minutos andando, supermercados muy cerca y un par de restaurantes. Habitación muy limpia y cama muy cómoda, muy confortable la habitación en general y todo muy nuevo. Baño amplio y muy completo. (Habitación doble) Por decir algo negativo, para dormir hay una luz parpadeante que molestaba si te gusta dormir en oscuridad. Habría sido perfecto si el desayuno hubiese estado incluido.
Nice hotel, good connection to Venice via 15 min bus or 5 min train. Because of the bus/train station and a lot of men (I guess work stay to pause for the bus or trekking business), I felt not so safe in the evening dark as woman alone, but the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was enough. Check-in online recommended because there was only one staff member at check-in and bar at peak-time and waiting time was high. Good garage for car! Good hotel for city sight seeing in Venice
Excellent hotel, new facilities with modern and elegant decoration. Spacious and impeccable rooms, the staff always friendly and available. They have a buffet breakfast paying an additional amount and it is really worth taking it. We have spent two excellent days, hope that more a&o hotels will open in Italy Just 3 blocks from the Venezia Mestre train station.
Loved the vibe. Great staff. Breakfast to die for. Fancy hostel. Great rooms. It's so cool that they have a guest kitchen, fridge and microwave... So thoughtful... A pool table and perfect bar.... The sofas in the lobby/bar are so comfortable. Very thoughtful design and planning! The bunk beds are cool too. They have usb ports for charging! Overall experience was amazing! But some of my friends found bed bugs... Which is probably a very common thing in many hostels.
A generally nice and tidy hostel, which lives up to any minimum requirements of that sort of establishment for a reasonable price. The hostel feels fresh and spacious, but at the same time, sadly, a bit cheap. You have to pay extra for bed sheets, and the beds are of low quality and if you're top bunk you will find it very difficult to climb up because the ladder is made up of holes that just fits your feet, and they are impossible to find on your way down. It also feels like the bed is on the edge of tipping when you try to pull yourself up. But you get what you pay for, and that is why it gets the four out of five. The staff is nice and helpful, and there is a bar where you can buy drinks and some food and snacks. It's perfect if you just need somewhere to spend the night.
reception is a disaster. people are waiting and not filling the form to check in. and then when they are at the table, they start to do it, holding the line. how ancient is that?? and then you have 2 girls at the reception, they are nice and kind but they are totally beginner level. slow as a camel, no multitasking... you have to have professionals there, not little girls.. how could you actually not pay attention to such a cardinal question?? if i had a million euro hostel , the first thing i would make PERFECT , is the reception. that is the point when the guest gets the first impression. very important. i was waiting about 30 minutes, and there were only 10 people before me and 2 desks... that is lame.
