Boa localização, mas atendimento ruim por parte da recepção. Eu tinha que sair bem cedo para o aeroporto, pedi para já deixar pago bo dia anterior, mas a recepcionista se negou. No momento em que tive de pagar, às 5:30 da manhã, além da demora houve erro na cobrança. O hotel, contudo, fez o reembolso no mesmo dia.

Magnifíco hotel com excelente atentedimento de recepção e um excepcional café da manhã, além das acomodações de primeiríssima linha. Sua localização é perfeita a partir da proximidade com a Estação Tuscolona, penúltima parada antes de Termini para o desembarque dos hóspedes que se servem dos trens saindo do Aeroporto Leonardo da Vinci em Fiumicino. Nice hotel just off busy Via Tuscolana quite central with lots of shops and restaurants around and free parking lots on Via Assisi streets. Hotel nice, modern very functional and great mattress, good shower, great wifi and smart TV, fridge in the room, windows can be opened, AirCo also for heating works very well, too. Garage safe and nice with elevate to reception. Vending area for little treats and extras. Great sanitizing concept. Absolutely recommended, great value for money. Very friendly staff, charming, helpful and always smiling. Keep up.

Excellent Hotel to spend your days in Rome. It has everything you need, large and comfortable rooms, excellent cleanliness throughout the hotel, it has an internal garden too, a cafeteria and a part to buy some snacks and food. The staff takes great care of you. They are all very friendly and collaborative. And if in the middle of your stay, there is a pandemic that does not allow you to return home, they treat you like family !! We stayed 32 days at B&B Tuscolana. Every day was perfect. Although we could not get to know Rome (due to the quarantine), the owners sent us virtual tours of the different important points of the city. The hotel is highly recommended to go with family, friends, boyfriend or alone! I hope to see you again at another time of the world. Everything is gonna be okey!!! Thank you with all my heart for making us feel at home!

I made a reservation with this hotel before the global pandemic hit. Now there are travel restrictions preventing me from fulfilling my reservation, yet they refuse to refund me $200. The good news is they offered to allow me to credit it towards a future stay within 90 days. The bad news is the travel restrictions look like they'll be in place for at least the next 90 days, rendering their "nice gesture" worthless. Even a partial refund would've been appreciated. Instead, they got my money, and I got a generic apology. Would not recommend.

I had a pretty good experience at this hotel. Location was convenient to public transportation but far from airport. Upon checking in, the service was nice. My room was already paid for but I was asked to pay the tax in advance, instead of at the end of my stay like most other hotels. The hotel was clean and in good condition. The room was pretty small but OK. The bed was not the most comfortable but it worked. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. My biggest complaint is the temperature in the room. There's a thermometer in the room but the guests can't really control it. It doesn't go below around 77°. We were hot all night. We had to sleep with the patio door open for relief. The hotel provides only one room key which is inconvenient. When in the room, you insert the key into a slot to control the lights and electricity. Overall it's a good place to stay. Bring your own Washcloths.

Nos encanto el hotel, muy comodo, buena atencion, central a solo unos pasos de la estación del metro con salida al aeropuerto, a solo unos pasos de la estación del metro. Desayuno elemental pero justo para iniciar el día, servicio de Happy Hours desde las 18 a las 20 horas. A solo unos pasos de restaurantes locales. El internet es bueno. Habitaciones cómodas.

Muy buen hotel como corresponde para la cadena Holiday Inn Express. La ubicación no es del todo céntrica. Posee a tres cuadras paradas de ómnibus urbanos. A 4 cuadras la estación de trenes de Tuscolana y a unas 6 o 7 cuadras una estación del metro. Hay buenos lugares para comer en los alrededores. Las habitaciones son comodas y brindan un servicio gratuito que consiste en un smartphone con mapas y servicios sobre Roma para poder utilizar como guía personalizada. En enero de 2019 me volvi a alojar en este hotel, es un excelente hotel de 3 estrellas superior, en el cual brindan un servicio excepcional con un desayuno muy bueno y variado. La ubicación es muy buena con una parada de bus a 150 metros que lleva al centro y dos paradas de Metro linea A a 800 metros. Actualmente esta cambiando de nombre y parece que mantienen el mismo nivel de servicios. Un punto extra para este Hotel es el servicio de telefonía gratuito llamado Handy el cual brinda conexión todo el tiempo para los viajeros.

Service: Staff were reasonably polite and spoke English well. Food: I did not try the food however was told that it was okay. Rooms: They were clean and comfortable. A small desk and big outside area if you are on the reception floor. Good for a quick outdoor self made workout if you're creative. Hygiene: Clean. Atmosphere/location: There are a few nice restaurants around however it is about 4km from from centre of Rome. It seems a little rough around the streets close by but we had no trouble. Other: Non smoking hotel and smelt fresh and clean as we walked in. I would stay again. A good place to rest for the night. Did not really use any ammenaties as we were exploring.
