¡La vista al mar valió la pena el precio! Simplemente sentarse en el balcón con el bebé peludo mirando a los otros bebés peludos era tan pacíficamente pintoresco y tranquilo. Las habitaciones eran enormes y la ducha era enorme. La playa estaba al otro lado de la calle y era muy accesible a pesar de que teníamos un cochecito.

Nos registramos, pasamos nuestras tarjetas y descubrimos que 1 habitación fue mejorada a una suite con 2 camas tamaño queen en lugar de la cama king como habíamos reservado, la recepción no nos informó y aún así tomó nuestro dinero, solicitó un gerente que estaba no hay ayuda en absoluto, nos dijo que no hay nada que podamos hacer y que no recibirás un reembolso, pedimos otras cosas pequeñas para ayudar a aliviar el terrible servicio, pero nuevamente el gerente dijo que no, no hay nada que podamos hacer. el servicio fue absolutamente horrible, no solo perdí cientos de dólares, sino que nunca me sentí tan irrespetuoso en mi vida, nunca volveré a reservar en ALOFT ocean city y le diré a muchas personas que NUNCA vuelvan a reservar aquí, este lugar fue una inversión horrible para disfruta de un buen fin de semana de vacaciones, gracias por nada de estas terribles personas que nos trataron como niños.

Tivemos um grande momento neste hotel !! O restaurante Tap House também era um lugar agradável para comer. muito conveniente eo quarto que tínhamos era ótimo! uma coisa que me incomodou foi quando reservamos pedimos para a varanda de frente para o mar, mas recebemos a vista para a rua. Ainda era bom, mas nós apenas preferimos e pedimos para a frente para o mar. Ainda tive um grande momento lá !! recomendaria a ninguém!

¡Lo pasamos muy bien en este hotel! El restaurante Tap House también era un buen lugar para comer. muy conveniente y la habitación que teníamos era genial !! Una cosa que me molestó fue que cuando hicimos la reserva pedimos el balcón frente al mar, pero recibimos la vista de la calle. Todavía estaba bien, pero preferimos y pedimos el frente al mar. ¡Todavía lo pasé muy bien allí! se lo recomendaría a cualquiera!

We stayed here for a few days this week. Everyone working at the hotel was excellent. Great service. The room was clean, we had a beautiful view and the Liquid Therapy Service was great. It was close to everything. We didn’t have to lug chairs and an umbrella to the beach...we used the 2 chairs and umbrella provided at the beach stand by the hotel. They even had transportation to and from the beach. Since this is a pet friendly hotel my teenage girls loved seeing the dogs. Overall we had a great stay.

Had a great time at this hotel!! The restaurant the Tap House was also a nice place to eat. very convenient and the room we had was great!! one thing that bothered me was when we booked we asked for the oceanfront balcony but received the street view. It was still nice but we just preferred and asked for the ocean front. Still had a great time there!! would recommend to anyone!

Booked through booking.com 2 rooms 1 king bed in each. We checked in swiped my our cards come to find out 1 room was upgraded to a suite with 2 queen beds instead of the king like we booked for, the front desk failed to inform us and still took our money, asked for a manger which was no help at all, told us there’s nothing we can do and you will not receive a refund, we asked for other small things to help ease the terrible service but again the manger said no there’s nothing we can do. the service with absolutely horrendous not only did I loose hundreds of dollars but never felt so disrespected in my life, I will never book at ALOFT ocean city ever again and I will tell numerous people to NEVER book here again this place was a horrible investment to enjoy a nice holiday weekend away, thanks for nothing from these terrible people that treated us like children.

Ocean view was worth the price! Just sitting on the balcony with the fur baby watching the other fur babies was so peacefully scenic and calm. The rooms were huge and the shower stall was enormous! The beach was across the street and so easily accessible even though we had a stroller.

Eles ainda têm uma pick up direto de barco para ir e voltar dos segredos! Ficamos lá por 4 noites. Nosso banheiro não estava totalmente limpo, pois havia um elástico de cabelo que não era meu, e não há estacionamento suficiente para todos os hóspedes ... se não fosse por isso eu teria dado este 5 estrelas ...

Este hotel es hermoso con muchas comodidades. Muchas actividades y vales para algunas atracciones. Se admiten perros y el personal fue muy agradable. ¡Incluso tienen un servicio de recogida directo en barco para ir y volver de los secretos! Nos alojamos allí por 4 noches. Nuestro baño no estaba completamente limpio ya que había una goma para el cabello que no era mía, y no hay suficiente estacionamiento para todos los invitados ... si no fuera por eso, le habría dado 5 estrellas ...

This hotel is beautiful with a lot of amenities. Lot of activities, and vouchers for some attractions. Dog friendly and the staff was super nice. They even have a direct pick up via boat to go to and from secrets! We stayed there for 4 nights. Our bathroom wasn't fully cleaned since there was a hair scrunchie that wasn't mine, and there is not enough parking for all the guests... if not for that I would've given this 5 stars...

The location on the bay is pretty and just a few blocks to the beach. The lobby and pool area are nice. The room layout is not ideal with the bathroom so open to the main area. The balcony adds a nice touch. My white socks showed me just how dirty the floors were.

Reserve una habitacion para la noche de Septiembre 26 2020. Empiezo con decirles que pague $500 y algo por la habitacion de una noche al lado del mar y en el cuarto piso. La muchacha de la oficina principa era muy amable. Cuando entre a la habitacion, estaba muy sorprendida porque estaba super lujoso. Pense que seria mas grande pero estaba comodo. Las camas bien tendidas y todo eso. El bancon esta chiquito pero bonito. Habia 2 cillas y una mesita afuera pero me daba un poco de cuidado con mi hijo de 4 anos porque es muy facil de quitarle el boton a la puerta para salir al balcon. Siento que deberian de tener mas seguridad con las puertas. El bar cerro a las 8 de la noche que es muy pronto. Necesitan trabajar en su comida. El menu es muy sencillo. Yo ordene comida para que la llevaran a nuestra habitacion cosa que nunca paso. La muchacha de la bar nunco nos llevo la comida. Cuando fui por ella ya estaba fria y las papas estaba quemadas y ni si quiera hay micro para calentar comida en el cuarto. Solo hay un refri pequeno que caben como 10 jugos y ya.Estaba decepsionada con su comida. Al proximo dia en la manana baje a ver que habia de desayunar y no tienen servicio para llebar la comida a tu habitacion. Tube que pagar por el desayuno que segun estaba incluido en mi packete. Ni si quiera tenian crema de sabor para el cafe. Pienso que si me quedaria otra vez dependiendo el precio pero por lo menos no pagaria arriba de $500 aqui mismo. Creo que se enfocan mas en lo lujoso que en la comida.
