Really nice place with quiet spa

We booked this hotel for a week with booking.com for a good deal, breakfast included. The reception at the arrival was good, we felt welcome.
The room is very nice with a big bed. Missed a little desk to place our little belongings on.
Dont like the bathroom that much. Shower is next to the toilet without a seperate basin for collecting the water. Meaning the floor is wet for more than 24 hours.
Breakfast is a la carte. Very well prepared and it tasted very good.
The main reason for the 3 stars is that room cleaning is only twice a week. Meaning you have to use the same wet towels for 3-4 days?! We received new ones at the reception when we asked for it. But for a 4 star hotel i have never seen this before.

Let's first be clear - this isn't a 4-star hotel. I've been to their spa before and compared to the real 4-star hotels, it's nothing to do with. However, this review is mostly for their restaurant. Going to a 4-star hotel restaurant comes with some expectations for the customer, and again doesn't correspond to the reality. Let's first start with the waiter who doesn't know restaurant etiquette but most disturbing was - he's arguing with the clients. We ordered a salad, which was taken out the envelope you can buy in every supermarket, chicken with sweet & sour sauce that was with old meat and a sauce with taste of nothing, it was pretty terrible. But I decided to return the pork ribs with terriyaki, because they just really smelled very bad, like a meat that's been cooked at least on the previous day. Returned it to the waiter, but he took my main dish, did not say anything and started avoiding me. Because my appetite was ruined, I did not want him to order another one, had to chase him when he says:
-The ribs are perfect, there is nothing wrong with them
-Oh, okay, but I'm very sensitive to old meat and I can sense the smell of meat that is not fresh.
-Yes, but you're not as sensitive as I am.
-Okay, how is that? When was the meat ordered, please?
-2 days ago and has been cooked 2 days ago, then frozen and now defrosted. Do you know it takes 8 hours to cook pork ribs?
-Yes, I do. However, this is why they smell bad - they've been cooked, then frozen, now defrosted.
-Yes, but they're perfect.
-Please, don't argue with me. I would not return if they're so perfect.
-The owners are downstairs, they've tried them. There is nothing wrong with the ribs and the owners can argue with whoever they want.
-Oh well, very good for them.
Enough said. Don't remember the last time we ate so terrible food served by people with the great confidence it's perfect. Of course, the stomach ills weren't late.

Very good restaurant and garden. There's a lot of place for kids to be able to play without any concerns. Plenty of parking spots. It's located at the one of the best places in Sofia. It has stunning views. If you take dinner in there you can spend some time with your beloved watching the amazing blinking lights of the Sofia city. Service is good and bartender is kind and polite. The meals are delicious and healthy.
